This was my first time visiting Pinnacle Dental. I must tell you that I don't think I am scared to go to dentist anymore. Everybody here was so friendly and nice. They made me feel comfortable and explained all the issues patiently. You need to come here and I am sure you will get the best service here. Thank you to each and everyone.

Dr Idrees is an extremely polite and caring dentist that I believe we all need ! She is not out there looking to make money but truly cares for her patients. She provided me with great dental advice that helped me with my tooth that was giving me pain. She's also readily available if you have any questions. If I'm in town, I'd definitely go and visit her and have my 2 year old get seen too ! She's great with kids :)

Amazing experience. Dr Idrees and her staff are very professional. Clinic is very clean and comfortable. They do their best to help their patients. Would recommend to anyone to have an amazing visit with very professional team at pinnacle dental.

I have been seeing Dr. Idrees for many years. When I first went to her, I had multiple cavities that my prior dentist had not adequately addressed. She patiently fixed all of those cavities and advised me on preventative measures. I haven't had any new cavities since! She is always very thorough and professional. Her office is modern with the latest technology. The staff is also very pleasant! Highly recommend!

This is the worst dental office ever. The dentist is the laziest. Makes her staff handle all her issues, She doesn't want to face any problems that she'd made. She cares 0% about her patients. I've been in pain since the first visit I had with her. She messed up all my teeth and when I request an x-ray she requested a 25$ fee for just sending them to an email!! What kind of office that will charge patient 25$ for sending few pictures that's already paid for?? I sent my pictures to another dentist and the dentist told that was a POOR and unfinished work that dentists don't do. Don't waste your time here, they don't care for you!!

I am not using any false names for bad reviews. I am actually writing on behalf of my mom which she also wrote with her accurate name. If you're talking about fake reviews that will actually be you and your office writing good reviews right after we wrote ours!! The reviews wasn't any harassment. It actually happens otherwise I wouldn't write this review from the beginning. If you are talking about harassment it will be you not doing your work properly. Your patient has been in truly pain from the moment she walked out from office until this moment. The pain is getting worse everyday. Also, if you're a professional office, you should learn not cancel on your patient when they are calling. It looks so bad that you don't want to face your issues I am sorry I hate writing bad reviews but seeing my mom in this bad pain 24/7 for three weeks makes have the right to do this !!

Dr. Sundas Idrees is not only a kind and caring professional, but also a compassionate and considerate individual who does not hesitate to go the extra mile. I was looking for a dentist in the area and I found this office and I was so amazed! Staff and Dr. were amazing! They explained to me everything in detail what I needed and what to expect. Love this place, will be coming here more often.

This dentist is horrible!!! I've never went to a dental office and saw a doctor this lazy before. This doctor ruined all my moms teeth. She did 11 fillings for her. She's been in so much pain for two weeks. We called to try to make another appointment so she can see what's and she said that she is sick and she doesn't want to see anybody this whole week. If she is sick then why is she even in the dental office?! Why is she taking other patients?! We went to another dentist and she said that there is a cavity under two of the fillings. And she did the fillings wrong. Very disappointed!!!! Don't wast your time!

At my last visit, Dr. Idrees noticed a few early cavities. She discussed all my options with me. She was compassionate, patient, and thorough. The best part was that she was able to treat my cavities the same day! Thank you, Dr. Idrees and Pinnacle Dental!

I had been having some ongoing pain in one of my teeth and Dr. Idrees was able to diagnose it for cracked tooth and treat same day. I am out of pain and had a very comfortable and smooth experience with Pinnacle Dental. The assistant and staff were very friendly and the office is very up to date and clean. I have already recommended other family members and friends to come here!

Pinnacle Dental is the best dental clinic my family has been to Dr. Idrees is the best and the the team has been nothing but amazing throughout all our visits. This place not not like your typical big box clinics where they try to upswell you stuff that you don't need. They are very honest, very straightforward and very professional!

I haven't visited a Dental office in years, but Dr. Idrees and her assistant Shayma were able to walk me through a list of procedures in order to determine my dental health. She clearly and concisely explained what she observed and mentioned some suggested procedures. Her experience and knowledge is reassuring and it also gave me comfort. She gave me a periodical plan to make sure I maintain my dental health and improve overall condition.

I'm so happy with my experience going to Dr. Idrees and her team for dental care! Dr. Idrees is easily one of the best dentists in the area. I think her brilliance and professionalism as a dentist is only matched by the care and grace she has for her patients!! I recently had a very serious but very hidden decay on tricky tooth that she was able to quickly catch and diagnose to protect my tooth and prevent further harm. My other dentists unfortunately missed it for years. As someone with a lot of justified anxiety around dental work, I asked about a million and one questions but Dr. Idrees patiently listened to all of my worries and easily put them to rest by gently and thoroughly explaining what happened to my tooth and each part of the treatment plan. The dental team and office staff are also pretty awesome-- very friendly, responsive, and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. It was really easy to schedule an appointment as a new patient and they were very helpful and transparent about all the billing and paperwork. Also, the office space is simply beautiful, they have the latest in dental tech and have seriously gone above and beyond to make sure the patient is comfortable!! If you want a dentist you can trust will have your best interests at heart, this is such an easy decision. Highly recommend Dr. Idrees and definitely looking forward to regular care for my family at Pinnacle!
