Dr. Trevor Greene grew up in Columbia, Maryland. He graduated from the University of Maryland with degrees in Neurobiology and Physiology and a College Park Scholars certificate in American Cultures. Dr. Greene then earned his dental degree from the elite University of Maryland Dental School, where he was awarded the prestigious Gorgas Odontological Society Honor. In 2010, Dr. Greene completed a dream by opening Piney Orchard Dental from scratch. He is married to Debby, an occupational therapist for the Howard County Public School System. They have two sons, Elijah and Nathan, and a Yorkie named Chewy. Dr. Greene loves traveling around the world, reading about history, and cheering on the Ravens, Orioles and Terps.
Candy was born in the Dominican Republic, spent time in Belgium, emigrated to the United States, and then taught herself English. In 2017, Candy was honored to receive her American Citizenship. She graduated from Anne Arundel Community College with a certificate in Dental Assisting. Candy is married with three wonderful daughters. She loves traveling, watching movies, and dining out.
AJ was born in South Korea and grew up in Georgia. She earned her hygiene degree in Savanah, Georgia. AJ and her husband, Keenan, moved to Maryland in 2013. They have one daughter, Taylor. AJ enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and eating good food.
Keisha grew up in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. She received her dental hygiene degree from The University of Maryland DentalSchool. She is married to Levar, an IT specialist. They have two beautiful daughters, Nyobi and Neina. Keisha truly enjoys being a hygienist and helping patients to feel at ease.
Lisa grew up in New England. She graduated from Westbrook College in Portland, Maine where she earned her dental hygiene degree. She is married to Perry, the owner of American Eagle Professional Services. She has one son who graduated from Shepherd University and was also the kicker for the football team. Lisa loves reading, live music, traveling to the Caribbean and all sports. She does cheer for allthe Baltimore teams but her heart lies with the New England Patriots.
Katelyn grew up in Anne Arundel County. She will be continuing her education in dentistry by attending Anne Arundel Community College to become a Dental Assistant. She is married to her husband Tyler, a corrections officer at the Anne Arundel County Detention Center. They have 3 daughters, Arabella, Berkleigh and Adalynn. Katelyn loves spending time with friends and family especially during football season as a proud member of the Ravens Nation. She also loves touring historic places and shoe shopping.
Dr. Greene feels extremely blessed to have the opportunity to help the Odenton community gain confidence with a great smile. He looks forward to sharing his advanced technology, expertise and gentle, kind manner with you and your family.
Dr. Trevor Greene grew up in nearby Howard County, where he attended Hammond High School. He fulfilled a dream when he received his dental degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Greene prides himself on his commitment to continuing education. He has completed hundreds of hours of advanced postgraduate courses in fields such as orthodontics (6 Month Smiles, Invisalign, and Clear correct), advanced esthetic techniques (Lumineers and veneers), dental implants, and much more. Recently, Dr. Greene has attended the prestigious Spear Institute, and became one of the few dentists educated in how to properly perform full mouth makeovers and smile rehabilitations.
In his spare time, Dr. Greene enjoys following the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles, reading fiction and history, exploring the many great restaurants of Maryland, and spending time with his family and friends.

I'm not satisfied with the way Piney Orchard Dental billed us and I ended up paying way more money for my family dental treatments. Usually, medical doctors and dentists are supposed to charge their customers according to Explanation of Benefit (EOB) that both parties receive from insurance company. That was not the case with this dental clinic and when i asked for explanation for that difference, they were not able to provide any. I had to call them numerous times because they do not have separate billing department who takes care of billing matters. Front desk lady had no clue how to resolve billing matters. Sorry, but i'm not going back there. Absolutely rip off!! _______________________________________________________________ 11/4/2022: Below is my response after your feedback: Personally, I don't care if you are keeping in-house billing department or not but when you do that you got a make sure that you have knowledgeable staff who can assist customer billing queries. With that being said, EOBs are the only way, customer can find out what should be the out of pocket for them. It is insurance company job to determine whether how much cost should be bear by customer or insurance company itself for certain procedure. If my insurance company tells me that i'm only responsible for $200 out of pocket cost and your bill tells me $750 with no explanation, then i have a huge problem how you are billing to me. To summarize, in my opinion you are just one of those doctors who are just hungry for more money. You push your patients for unnecessary dental procedure and scare them off just to make more money. Medical used to be a noble profession but not anymore because of people like you. By the way, i wouldn't care to write this response if i was not real patient. I regret by the way.

I have been a patient of Piney Orchard Dental for 3 or 4 years. Dr. Greene recently did a filling for me. I especially like how he keeps you informed of what he is doing when he's working on your teeth. Dr. Greene and his staff are great!

The staff is extremely friendly and keeps you in the loop about everything they do and why. Dr. Greene is extremely knowledgeable and is diligent about making sure his patients understand what is going on, why procedures are necessary and how to manage and prevent issues going forward. The office has really great technology that allows patients to see exactly what Dr. Greene and the hygienists are talking about instead of them just talking about it. Piney Orchard is a very efficient and patient-focused dental practice!

All of the staff at Piney Orchard dental are professional and friendly. Dr. Green is personable, explains everything and gives the opportunity to ask questions or present issues. Lisa the hygienist is the best. She is friendly, accommodating, and gives me good advice on vacation spots. Lol After every visit she ensures my teeth are extremely clean.

Very accommodating flexible dental office, my wife had a crown come off her implant post, the dentist was able to get her back to being able eat normally in a fast, professional manner, I wish he had a office in my home state of California, I would be a happy patient easily

I've always had great experiences at Piney Orchard Dental! Dr. Greene is great at explaining all procedures beforehand, gentle, and kind. They're also very transparent with pricing and make sure you know what you would be paying prior to any procedure which is very nice!

Just had my appointment with Dr. Greene to have two cavities filled. I was in and out in 15 minutes! I've been going to Piney Orchard Dental for many years and the experience has always been the same. He is good at what he does and the staff is always very friendly. I've been to a handful of other dentists and NONE of them compare in quality. I highly recommend giving Piney Orchard dental a try if you are looking for a dentist!

My first visit to this Dental Office and the staff was awesome. Best experience I have ever had with a dentist. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail. This will now be my regular dentist going forward.

This place was honestly the best experience I've had for a dental examination. Dr.Greene and Lisa were both detailed in explaining what is going on during the dental check-up and they even had colored pictures to show in detail what you can't see when brushing or flossing. I highly recommend Piney Orchard Dental.
