I have never experienced such poor organization and rude behavior at a dentist office in my entire life. Going to a dentist can be stressful already and the receptionists have mastered the art of compounding that stress tenfold. Upon my FIRST appointment, I was met by the receptionists Tiffany and Shelly, who gave me horrible attitude. Shelly mixed up my appointment at the wrong time which caused a major inconvenience for me and I would have had to wait 30min-1hour to be seen. Shelly falsely accused my mother for the inconvenience, who did not talk to Shelly about my appointment at all. Tiffany and Shelly both blamed me and my mom for their error and showed me 0 kindness or hospitality. This is NOT the first time this behavior has been displayed. Tiffany has also falsely blamed my mom for missing appointments in the past which caused her a lot of stress. There is clearly a pattern of disorganization and rude behavior due to the ladies at the front desk and I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

The entire staff here has been super friendly and professional. I haven't had much dental work done, but the immediate, visual results are awesome. Very thorough examination prior to any repairs. My family and I will be visiting again.

This is a friendly, professional practice offering state-of-the-art dentistry. I've been a patient for 8, maybe 9, years. I've been very happy with the quality of their work and the attention to detail in all my routine visits. While I don't always get the same hygienist, the last one I saw was Jeanette and she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth.

What an amazing experience!! The staff is so kind and sweet to my husband, me and our three kiddos! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! We have found a lifelong dentist office for our family!

Dr Britt is easily the best dentist I have ever been to, and my wife is a dentist. I especially appreciate how she uses state-of-the-art procedures to make sure my oral hygiene is of the utmost standard. I would not trust any other dentist with my oral health. Also, Dr. Britt is the most professional, thorough and thoughtful dentist I have ever been to. Her commitment to her patients is unmatched. I have never felt more comfortable, appreciated and cared for than I when I came to her office.

My experience with Dr. Bevis was nothing short of disturbing. I take pride in my dental hygiene and have never had a cavity or any other dental work performed, other than regular cleanings/X-rays. I went to Pineland for a routine cleaning appointment and Dr. Bevis performed the cleaning, as her hygienist was out of the office. Her assistant did a quick polish on my teeth before Dr. Bevis came in to do the scaling and complete the exam. Not having my teeth polished after the scaling seemed out of the ordinary, and her cleaning job did not seem very thorough. Upon completion, I asked Dr. Bevis, "Are we done with the cleaning? That's it?" to which she replied, "cleanings are 50 minutes, it is 11:50 and we started at 11:00." I took her word for it, checked out with the front desk and went home. After leaving, I noticed that my teeth didn't feel as clean as they usually do after the dentist. A few hours later, I called Pineland and told the front desk lady--in a completely calm and non-aggressive manner--that I was just in for an appointment and simply wanted to learn about Pinelands procedures and whether I received a full cleaning because my teeth did not feel clean and I have always gotten my teeth polished after scaling. The front desk lady, simply trying to do her job, asked if I would hold to speak with the office manager/co-owner. After being put on hold, Dr. Bevis intercepted the phone and proceeded to go on a full-on rant, verbally assaulting me and insulting my intelligence. She was extremely defensive and angry--as though I had just personally insulted her--and was loudly lashing out at me, making accusatory statements like, "you don't know what you're talking about," and "you are out-of-date." This is after I told Dr. Bevis that I have several family members out-of-state who are dentists and that they always polish after they scale, so she was basically insulting them as well. As a professional in the healthcare field myself, I was completely taken aback that Dr. Bevis was speaking to me in this manner, which seemed completely out of left field. Not once when speaking with the front desk lady did I voice that I was upset or angry by the treatment I received; I just called to get clarification on the cleaning procedure. Dr. Bevis, who appeared overly nice and talkative at the appointment, was apparently triggered by a patient calling to inquire about her services, which is extremely unprofessional. I listened to her lash out for several minutes before I could even get a word in. When she finally stopped to take a breath, I replied, "Dr. Bevis, this isn't personal, I was simply calling to ask about your cleaning procedures." Dr. Bevis then continued to rant for several more minutes, telling me how she is "state of the art," that I "just don't fit in at her office" and that I should "go to an out-of-date dentist." To appease her and end the conversation, I replied, "I guess I am out-of-date. I'll find another dentist then." That angered her as well, to which she replied, "Nobody leaves my office like this! You just wasted my time while I have patients waiting!" I proceeded to get off the phone. The next day, the office manager called me directly to apologize on behalf of Dr. Bevis for her unprofessional behavior and to tell me that Dr. Bevis was extremely upset over what happened. While the office manager was very kind, this didn't sit well with me. First off, the fact that Dr. Bevis was now playing the victim after she was the one that verbally assaulted me was outrageous. Also, the fact that Dr. Bevis didn't call herself to apologize for her own actions, further cemented her lack of professionalism and integrity.

Great service. Alita cleaned my teeth and it was the best cleaning I have had. Professional Doctor also. Been visiting this office for 6 years. Highly recommended.

I do not have enough kind words to say about Dr Britt. As someone who is in the dental field, I know a great dentist when I meet one. Dr Britt is a beyond thorough & skilled clinician, a phenomenal educator, and above all kind human. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further.

I used to hate going to the dentist until I found Pineland Dental. Dr. Bevis and her staff treat me like a family member. Last year, I had a visit on my birthday and they had a small cake for me! That's family treatment! From a technical perspective, they have the latest technology and during this pandemic are following the best practices to keep everyone safe. I've read reviews that are critical because of prices or the way they were treated. Dr Bevis won't say anything bad about anyone but I believe that her costs are worth the price! You get what you pay for... As for the way people are treated, they are very respectful and kind! However if someone makes an inappropriate comment about a staff member, they need to be tossed out on their "ear"! This is a great dental practice and I hope they stay in business for a long time!

I can't say enough good things about Pineland Dental. This is a remarkable statement as I have spent my entire life with a deep seeded fear and distrust of all dentists. As a child I was taken to a dental school back in the '70s and they put enormous fillings in every molar and did a lot of pulling. I was completely traumatized by their treatment. I've since tried avoiding any dentist office because I physically and emotionally would feel unwell the minute I walked in the door. The symptoms were endless. However, you can only avoid dentistry for so long before you start having issues that need attention. So I was backed into a corner when I contacted Pineland Dental, and from the very first visit, Dr. Britt and her staff made a huge difference for me. Understanding that I was a complete nervous wreck, she was super patient and gentle during my first exam. She was forthcoming in addressing some things that needed to be dealt with, but she also pointed out the positive things going on as well... all the while assuring me that I had the final say on what I chose to do, which was so empowering. In fact, it was a total game changer! Alita, my hygienist, has been a real live angel during my regular cleaning visits. She is extremely thorough and yet soft handed. Because of years of neglected cleanings, I needed to have gum scaling done and I can't imagine getting it done anywhere else. These folks are passionate about what they do and they are truly committed to doing their best work while making your comfort a top priority. After two years of being a regular patient, my trust and confidence has been won and I decided to have Dr. Britt redo a couple of old, large fillings that were falling apart after all these years. The entire visit was less than an hour and completely pain free! She is absolutely brilliant at her trade and I would highly recommend her to anyone who fears going to the dentist. Honestly, you won't find a better dentist anywhere!

Went to Pineland Dental in Larkspur for the first time for a cleaning. I can honestly say that my overall experience was nothing I have ever experienced before from a dental office. I was impressed by the staff and their processes from the moment I walked in. Dr. Britt was fantastic and made me feel like I was the only one in the place. I recommend Pineland Dental to everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Britt and the entire team at Pineland Dental. My husband and I have been patients here for years, and we don't even blink twice at driving from Denver to Larkspur for their amazing care. Dr. Britt has the best energy, as does all of her team, and if it's possible to enjoy going to the dentist, this is the place where that would happen. They are quick and efficient but also thorough. Everyone is incredibly kind and professional. All of the hygienists do a great job of checking on you throughout your cleaning or whatever procedure you are having done to make sure you aren't uncomfortable or have any sensitive areas that they are working on. I highly recommend Pineland Dental; you will not regret it!
