I would not recommend this dental office. I went in for a crown in November. I told the Dr. Jaime that I wanted to wait until January because then my insurance would cover 50%. She said she could still do the temporary crown because they don't bill for it until the permanent crown is done. I let Dr Jaime go ahead and do the temporary crown because of this agreement. At the end of that appointment they wanted to charge me for the temporary crown. I refused to pay because that was not what Dr. Jaime and I had agreed upon. When I went back in January to have the permanent crown placed, they said I had to pay before they would do the work as well as going forward. This , to me, expressed a lot of mistrust in me and I felt very hurt. I have always paid for their services. I can not go back there.

You guys are AWESOME - from the checkups to the prep and installation of a crown Dr Preble and crew make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door - wouldn't even think of going anyplace else - 5 stars from me - Thanks to all of you.

I have been happy with the service I have received over the last few years. The employees who work on my teeth have been professional and friendly. I would have no problem recommending this business to anyone looking for a new dental office.

Great staff and wonderful Dentist! I broke a tooth and they had me in and out within an hour with my tooth fixed! Would highly recommend. Dr Preble went out of her way to fit me into her extremely busy schedule.

Great staff and superior work! My 8 year old has no problems even though she can be a tough kiddo to work with. Easy parking and comfortable atmosphere make it a great choice. Love the waiting room chairs!

I'm not one that enjoys going to the dentist. But at Pine River Dental Arts, they put you at ease and make you feel comfortable. They are very friendly and do exceptional work!! Thanks Jaime and Staff.

I have been going here for 5+ years. EVERYONE there is so friendly, and kind ! I used to dread going to the Dentist, but I can honestly say that since I started going here it is always such a good experience that I never dread going!!!

My son's long anticipated appointment finally arrives on a bright sunny spring day. I was surprised at his ease through the whole check up "The dentist was thumbs up" he said. Thumbs up Pine River Dental thumbs up.

Pine River dental Arts is a great office. After having worked in the dental industry for 50 years I can say that Dr. Jaime is a skilled and well versed practitioner. The equipment she uses in her office is state of the art and she and her entire staff are very professional and just plain nice people. I know a lot of dentists and this is where my wife and I choose to go.

Pine River Dental Arts is my choice for dentistry. The staff is quite friendly and professional. Dr. Preble and crew do a good job. Also, the current waiting room chairs are the most comfy waiting room chairs I've experienced.

We love this dentist! Wonderful experience with her! Easy to find. Very welcoming atmosphere. Staff is so friendly. The lobby had the most comfortable chairs. Very clean in every area of the clinic.

If I have to go to the dentist, this where I want to be. Getting a crown here is a piece of cake. My 92 year old mother also was seen here and was treated with great respect and superb treatment.
