The staff were so unbelievably rude to me from the moment I walked in the door! Unhelpful, disrespectful, worse customer service and dental experience ever! I would highly recommend going anywhere else but here!

On my visit today Pine Lawn did an absolute wonderful job. Yes there was a wait but you have to wait any where you go. They were nice polite and professional got you in as quick as they could and out me and my boys had a fantastic visit. Thanks Pine lawn dental

I'm providing this review because I reached out to Pine Lawn Dental on two separate occasions and waited on hold in excess of 45 minutes each time. After waiting for 45 minutes each time, I was sent to voicemail. I understand being busy, but a call before lunch and a call after lunch with the same results is not promising. Also, it would be much better to be sent straight to voicemail, rather than waiting in excess of 45 minutes before being sent to voicemail. This feels like a lack of care for my time.

My son was scheduled for an exam and MeMe immediately dismissed us claiming they always schedule people wrong and they scheduled us wrong cause technicians leave at 4 his appt was for 430 she said we wouldn't be able to come back until November, I told her I wanted to make a complaint ,she told me to complain to the person who scheduled me which was Dr. Travis sister, I told her she was being unprofessional she then got smart with me and walked off. I wouldn't recommend no one to this dentist. Very unprofessional.

I've dealt with this office for what seems like hundreds of times over the past year. I've waited countless times in the shambles of the old office without care, and I've been seen in the shiny new one with new attitudes. I've been patient and understanding with their flaws countless times. I've seen fights break out in the office between the office manager and patients, and said nothing. But this time, I've had quite enough. The office/administrative staff were bottom of the barrel. But now, they no longer have to answer the phone or help you in any way, shape, or form. Instead, the office just sends "select" phone calls over to a 3rd party company with British accents who promise to send over your x-rays immediately, yet do nothing. NOTHING. Days go by, multiple phone calls made, and still, you get nothing they promised- not even a real person. They don't care. They know they're the only ones who take your insurance. It's not worth your headache. Go elsewhere.

EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLEY, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL.I LOVE MY NEW DOCTOR ALREADY.ONLY ONE COMPLAINT, THE MUSIC IN THE BACK WAS A LITTLE TOO LOUD. WHEN YOU ARE IN PAIN. MUSIC MAKES IT HURT WORSER. ANY LOUD NOISE . I WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO OTHER FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.THANK YOU. A JOB WELL DONE

So awesome the got my wisdom teeth pulled with my mohealth net Insurance when other places told me that they only accept cash with was hard for me with low income and you don't have to find a Oral surgeon because they pulled wisdom teeth there

Wel in October of 2022. Didn't know they still hang up on people when trying to schedule an appointment. They hung up at least 4 times in 2 hours.
