Great experience! State of the art office. Dr Nasta was very professional and kind and explained the treatment plan very clearly. Both Stephanie and Luz were very helpful. I was able to get an appointment very fast. This is my new dental home.

Such a great visit ! Great Procedure and amazing final results ! I recently came in for Invisalign Treatment and Dr. Abelardo Heredia was such a delight and delivered such incredible results at such a fast pace. Thank you for helping me have confidence in my smile :)

My visit with Pine Island Road Dental was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Judith for being so professional and kind to me. Everyone there from the receptionist to the dentist were extremely caring and compassionate to me. I walked in eyes full of tears from an abscess that was causing me great pain. I don't think I waited more than 5 minutes when they called me back. Assistant Mayelis was so caring and compassionate to me. I was in more pain than I had ever experienced with my teeth. She helped me to stay calm every step of the way & to get me through the procedure. Also Dr Abelardo Heredia, DDS was also so professional and kind. He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. They treated me so nice I felt like a member of the family. Highly recommend!! Thank you Dr Heredia. I feel 100% better already!

I really wants to say that very Happy about this office. They are so professional specially Judith From front desk. She provide me the best services and make me understand everything about my financial treatment. Dr Heredia is amazing doctor so happy about his service and his assistants. Office clean , organize office I really recommend Pine Island dental care to everyone

New to Cape Coral and needed a dentist asap. I cannot say enough about this office. Very clean. Staff was professional and they were able to get me in quickly due to my concern. The Dr. listened to and took his time to understand. He was able to complete the process pain free :). Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!! My husband went in just for a routine cleaning and X-rays, which my insurance covers at 100%, no deductible! They proceeded to do a Peridontal Cleaning on him and said that they went over it with him and told him that it would be an extra $50 (my actual deductible). Fact is: they never said a word to him! My husband doesn't lie and they are accusing him of it. We will never go back and never refer them! Buyer beware!

Everything about this office is amazing! The entire office is very professional and friendly. The office is very clean, neatly organized, new equipment , nothing old or outdated and furnished with modern flair. I only waited about 5 minutes to be taken back for x-rays and cleaning. LiAnn cleaned my teeth. She is so sweet and caring. I had to have a deep cleaning but she made sure I was not experiencing any pain the entire time. I've never have a hygienist take their time and do such a thorough job. Dr. Heredia and his assistant were also very nice. He and his assistant have a little trick of blowing cold air on your face to distract you while he gives you a shot. It really worked, it takes your mind off it. He did a great job of replacing and old filling. Thank you for the positive experience!! I even switched my kids to this office. Our last dentist cared more about selling the next best product or telling us we need to have more services done. Not once did anyone at Pine Island Road Dental Care try to sell me any additional services. I was advised of my co-pay up front, no hidden charges. Thank you!!! I can't wait for my next cleaning. I have very high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I was forced to go for an emerergency dental situation. They were very professional, non-judgemental and took the time to make sure I was comfortable by explaining everything step by step. I was virtually pain free! I have never had that at a dentists office before. I feel good about them enough to continue going for repairs and routine care.

FIRST OFF, I HAVE BEEN HERE BEFORE & MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT, NO PROBLEM WHAT-SO-EVER. HOWEVER I HAD AN APPOINTMENT ON MAY 1ST, I CHANGED IT TO THE MAY 13TH, I SPECIFICALLY TOOK THIS CERTAIN DAY OFF OF WORK JUST SO I CAN MAKE MY DENTIST APPOINTMENT VERSUS CHANGING IT AGAIN. WHEN THE OFFICE CALLED ME TO CONFIRM, I ASKED WHAT WOULD BE THE TOTAL AMOUNT FOR MY SERVICE, I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO DO THE EXAM, & BE DIAGNOSED TO KNOW WHICH CLEANING WOULD BE NEEDED. OKAY, FINE. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT TO THE FOLLOWING MONDAY OR TUESDAY BEING THAT THE PROVIDER WHO I SEEN LAST TIME WILL NOT BE IN OFFICE. FROM MY UNDERSTANDING, (BEING THAT I WORK IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD) WHEN A PROVIDER IS OUT OF OFFICE, YOU WILL KNOW AHEAD OF TIME. & INSTEAD OF CONFIRMING MY APPOINTMENT, I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED FIRST ABOUT THE PROVIDER NOT BEING THERE. JUST VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS HAPPEN, BUT THE PRACTICE KNEW AHEAD OF TIME BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT THE PROVIDER WOULD NOT BE THERE, AND I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM WHEN I CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT TO MAY 13TH, THAT I WAS OFF THAT DAY JUST SO I COULD COME TO MY DENTIST APPOINTMENT. NOT HAPPY, WON'T BE RETURNING.

They are nice and good jobs but the schedules are so bad and take so long to get another one , they cancelled my appointments multiple times whit different excuses, no recomended

I was very impressed with how fast and willing to go out of her way the receptionist was in trying to squeeze me in for a broken filling. This was where the great impression finished. Once I got back in the chair, the dentist tried multiple times to numb me without success. She was able to fill my cavity as I have a relatively high pain tolerance, but did a horrible job doing it. I have a large space between the tooth she filled and the one directly behind it causing food to enter the gum space every time I eat. It's been a few months and now my gum is throbbing. Need to find somewhere else to go quickly to make sure I don't have an abscess.

I have been in the dental field for 33 years and t husband was a dentist. Took good care of his patients and always stood begging his work. I had a front central tooth filled with white composite material. They did a decent job but once I got home and looked in the mirror I realized it was yellow compared to my other teeth. Had to leave for two weeks right after to go home to my children. Everyone noticed. When I returned hoping they could help me out, I heard the dentist say that it was more yellow, but they still would not fix it. Said it was too long. I still find it hard to believe someone would let a patient walk out with this.

Didn't even get to try them out! Tyring to set up an appointment went south real quick. My first impression with the lady on the phone (08/20/21) was horrible. It was as though she didn't want to take on the new business. Lost 9 potential customers because of it.
