I love this place!!! Denise, Seidy, and Dr. Ge are the best. They are always willing to answer questions and get answers when they are not sure. They are gentle with my kids when adjusting their braces, and always make sure when there are any changes my kids and me understand the changes made and our part in their care. I'm so happy I found this place.

I have loved coming to this office for my dental care. My hygienist Chelsea is so funny and engaging. We have really fun conversations during my cleanings. Dr. Keshmiri was very good at explaining my treatment and showing me things on the xrays. I appreciate how they make me feel so welcome from the front desk to the dental assistants. It was very clean and inviting and they had tons of activities for the kids including a huge play area, coloring books and magazines. I recommend them highly. I really appreciated the care they showed me. They were able to fit me in for some of my work that needed done the same day. I will be back!

My Ortho experience at Pine Dentistry Hagerstown was great! Denise made my visits comfortable and fun. She was very gentle, explained everything I needed to know, and did an amazing job on every visit. Dr. Ge was great also. He always made sure everything was good. Prepped me for what he was doing, and made sure I was comfortable as well. Highly recommended!

Some people who works here are unprofessional, the dentist was rough with my 7 years old daughter. If you don't have patience with kids you shouldn't be working here. I'm not going to let no one to hurt my kids I'm the mother of I see you talk to one of my kids or grabbed them like an animals u mess with the wrong person. You guys get pay to do the job and if you guys not happy with y'all professional quit and find something else. Worst experience ever!!! Definitely I would change my kids to another dentist.
