VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! all I want is information on a wisdom teeth removal and I get in touch with a lady that's very rude and had no idea what she was evening talking about. I ask to talk to a higher management and I get put on hold for more than 5 mins. Than I call again hoping someone else answers and another lady did answer and puts me straight to a hold for more than 10mins. Clearly you people don't care about your patients.

Whatever you do, don't trust this place to actually help you. Once the legal matter is settled I'll add more details. Edit: So I finally took Pine Dentistry and braces to court. After explaining how Pine dentistry breached their contract with me by not honoring appointments, giving me faulty ortho devices, and never actually applying my braces. The racist judge still ruled in their favor. I'm writing this to help all families who are thinking of going to pine dentistry, think again. You can't win with people who just want your money and don't care about you. You also can't win in court with these pathetic racist and incompetent judges either, but that's another story. If you do choose to take pine dentistry to court, the only way you can win is if pine dentistry kills your child WHICH , upon research, they have allegedly done in the past.
