Front stuff is very respectful and sweet, but the office in general is a mess, I arrived at 8am for my son's appointment at 8:30am, it was 10am and the doctor didn't show up to the appointment, my son was never called in, when I asked why did I have to wait for a long time, the stuff told me that the doctor has not check my sons document yet, they were "lost. They started to try to find the doctor, he was out of the office. There were no other patients!!!! At that point I had lost a day of work, my son was late to school and all of it for nothing. They never even apologized. This dental practice is the worse I ever been too

I wish I could give them 0 stars, these people are so unorganized and a waste time of one's time. I had an appointment with my daughter at 2 and they weren't done with her for a simple cleaning until 3 since they had her in the wait room for half the time. Then she had a cavities and they told me it was a 2 hour wait since they only had one doctor and were busy. It is not my fault that they book a lot of people all around the same time knowing they aren't good workers and are super slow in their work. I will definitely be switching and calling corporate on them.

You can arrive for an appointment at 11am and they will have you sitting for over 30 minutes without being called back as if people don't have other obligations and things to do with their time. This is extremely unacceptable not to mention the original appointment was canceled and no one even notified us if the cancellation prior to this appointment. This is very unprofessional and disorganized. Not happy at all with the overall experience.
