I had visited this dental clinic since 2022. The staff is very friendly, Cecilia the dental assistant Is very kind and Dr James is very professional. He prescribe you, all that you need and nothing that do not need.

Everyone is very professional at Pine Dental Health, I'm the type of person that gets nervous before dentist appointments but from the moment I walked in I felt at ease. Dr.Huang positive attitude and professionalism is unmatched

Pine dental offers cheap prices and even cheaper quality. They will have you help them work on you instead of having a dental hygienist. I woke up with a mouth full of blood after a cleaning with them and when I called to speak with the dentist he advised he knew it was a risk and in no way informed me or provided directions on how to care for it before I left his office. Do not recommend this dentist, pay the extra elsewhere and don't take the risk.

I visited Pine dental for the first time today to get a X-ray and teeth cleaning 07/25/2022 and I must say from the time I walked in I felt very comfortable. And that I really appreciate because dentist visits can be scary. I look forward to coming back to get the work done on my teeth.

Cheap and mediocre service. Spend your money and time on a better dental work. Don't settle for less . I couldn't wait to leave that place . I felt like , I was robbed by this people . I spent $120 on X -rays and a terrible dental cleaning. I left so disappointed and dissatisfied of this place . I rather spend $200 , $300 or more on a good dental work . If there's something I learned from this bad experience is not to be cheap . Pay for quality. I guess , it's Pine Hills after all . They can keep the $120 . They need it more than me . Please do yourself a favor . AVOID THIS PLACE !!' . Thank , God I found a good dentist, who can fix the terrible job that those mediocre people did to my teeth.

Dr James helped my husband out of pain quickly and professionally. The dental field has always had a special place in my heart since 2002 and I love it when I visit an office with the same passion. Although Dr James had no availability the day we were there, he still worked my husband into the schedule and treated him the same day. We were not waiting for hours. It was quick and painless. Thank you Dr James we will be returning to continue treatment!

Booked a groupon, reception told me that they would be charging 20 dollars more for "gas prices" sounded really unprofesional. Probably try somewhere else if you dont want to deal with drama.

My filling was done perfectly by Dr. Long and he didn't make me feel bad about asking for more anesthesia. I can finally smile with confidence!!!!!

One friendly suggestion to the office, please use numbing gel to numb the gums of patients receiving a "Deep Cleaning". This is beneficial in various ways for both Dentist and Patient. Thank you.

Dr. Long has such lovely energy! He really made up for the hygienist's "meh' energy and the initial female attending the desk who barely greeted me. The gentleman at reception was super communicative and professional, letting me know that they were busier than expected that day. Dr. Long truly cares to connect with his patient's and provides a very thorough consultation, cleaning and recommendations. I purchased my visit via Groupon and appreciate not being treated less worthy as a result. I would certainly keep him as my dentist, as long as I am in the area, for regular cleanings and any other dental needs. The office is quaint and sufficient albeit less "fancy" some, it is a relatively sunny visit compared to most dentists! Thank you!

My mother lost a tooth from her dental upper partials . JAMES besides manner where outstanding the work got done in 2 hours and he did polish also her partial . We can't not be more please with the job .The price was reasonable .I will come back here again in a near future for other dental work ,thanks James !!!

I'm not usually one to write reviews but when a place of business consistently gives exceptional service time and time again I feel compelled to let people know. I originally came in with a groupon voucher for a cleaning and later became an insured patient with them. Even as a first time patient with the groupon the staff/Dr treated me amazingly, and Dr.Long himself is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very straightforward and fair priced services. No one "likes" going to the dentist but the staff at Pine dental make your experience that much less dreadful. Thank you.
