Pine Creek Dental is a general dental practice conveniently located on South Broadway in the Broadway Hills Plaza Office and Retail Park. Our office hours are from 8-5 Tuesday through Friday and we serve patients from Tyler as well as the surrounding communities in East Texas. We accept most major insurances.

Dr. Tutt was born in Texas and grew up in the Tyler area where he attended Whitehouse High School. Following his love for science, Dr. Tutt graduated from Baylor University with a B.S. in Biology and after graduating, spent three years working in Microbiology research at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Tutt then spent five years teaching high school science in Houston and Temple during which time he obtained a Masters degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Following a passion for service and dentistry, Dr. Tutt attended the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston where he obtained his doctoral degree.
During his time in dental school Dr. Tutt was an active participant in community outreach activities such as Give Kids a Smile and Texas Mission of Mercy as well as a member of the Christian Dental Fellowship. Dr. Tutt believes community service is a vital responsibility of the dental profession and enjoys serving at the Bethesda Dental Clinic in downtown Tyler.
Dr. Tutt is married to his wife of 12 years Carrie who despite being a graduate of Texas A&M, have somehow managed to make football Saturdays a family tradition! Chris and Carrie are blessed with two daughters, Reagan and Jordan who specialize in keeping their parents on their toes.

I had no wait time. Everybody was very nice and helpful from the front desk all through the visit to check out. Dr. Tutt and his Assistant both was very nice and thorough. Great experience!

Dr. Tutt and his staff are friendly and caring. The office is nicely furnished and clean the examining room looks exceptionally clean and orderly. I'm happy to be a patient there. I really like Dr. Tutt, he's the first dentist that I can truly say has made each time I visit his office, a pleasant visit. I'm usually nervous, but he has a way of calming my fears, he's very gentle working on my teeth, he explains each procedure prior to starting, and continue to explain as he's working in my mouth. Also he put a device in my mouth to hold it open that really saved my jaws from hurting, no other dentist did that for me before, I just can't say enough about Dr. Tutt. And ALL of the staff in his office are exceptionally nice and courteous to me, just like Dr. Tutt said if I have any problems to come back to be checked, the office staff extended that same courtesy. Thank you all.

The staff and Dr. Tutt are amazing. From the front desk all the way to the procedure room you will have a very pleasant experience. Dr. Tutt and his dental assistants/hygienist are very knowledgeable and kind. This is the best dental office I have ever been to in Tyler.

I have had dental problems for years. A dentist fixed a cosmetic problem of yellow teeth by pulling perfect teeth and restoring them with a bridge. This was over 30 years ago. I was not informed of the PROS/CONS and long term effects of this procedure. I am very self conscious of my SMILE. I don't have one.All of my bone where the teeth were pulled has deteriorated. The bridge falls out of my mouth while talking or laughing. I can't eat meat because I can't chew it. I am a healthy 59 year old woman who works, runs , volunteers, active @ church and spending time with my grown children who visit me from out of town. I am not ready to sit down. I life. I had been praying for GOD to make a way for me to get my teeth made over.My bone in the upper gums are compromised..(making me look a little aged) I went to several dental clinics and it just wasn't the right fit, for me.l have had extractions with negative numbing issues. PAIN. The array of the PINE CREEK DENTAL OFFICE was calm and very friendly upon entering. Dr.Tutt was so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable of my disease process and reassuring. The DENTAL ASSISTANTS were oh so knowledgeable.. ..in all aspects. I was very anxious with many questions. Dr.Tutt and his staff answered them truthfully. This process for me took a few months to get started. The process had to align with my insurance. I just had my dental implants inserted. Of course I thought that I couldn't eat on THANKSGIVING. I am eat soft foods now. Following instructions of these so knowledgeable people . Dr.Tutt said that it would not be painful and it wasn't. I just want to express my gratitude to DR.TUTT , his office staff and the medical staff. With my level of anxiety, l worried for nothing. 'Would l go back?'...YES.I am not finished with my SMILE ...'Would l refer someone to this office for Dental Services ?'....YES.l trust these people. 'Where have they been all my life?'

I have always been terrified of the dentist. I had a bad experience, and it has colored my mind about going ever since to the point that I wouldn't go until it was an emergency. I have also always had to be sedated in order to have work done on my mouth. Thankfully, Dr. Tutt, his assistants, and his staff have been exceptional and instrumental in helping me overcome this fear. I'm very happy with the work they have performed, and I feel so much more confident in my smile. Do not hesitate to make an appointment. They are so kind and professional.
