Dr. Thompson grew up in Missouri in a small town of 1,100 people. He completed his undergraduate education at Missouri State University and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Missouri. During dental school, he was selected to receive the U.S. Army Health Professions Scholarship.

Dr. Thompson entered the U.S. Army as a Captain. After completing a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Fort Carson, Dr. Thompson and his family moved to Germany. He was the officer in charge of a dental facility and the sole dentist providing dental care to 2,700 soldiers, their families and civilians.

Upon completion of his service with the Army, Dr. Thompson and his family moved back to Colorado Springs. In 2004, he opened the doors at Pine Creek Dental. He has become one of the most trusted dentists in Colorado Springs, CO. Most of Dr. Thompsons time away from work is spent on his favorite pastime: spending time with his wife and three children. He enjoys hiking, racing cars and traveling. I honestly love being a dentist. My goal is to improve the lives of the patients I serve. At Pine Creek Dental we create a painless experience and help our patients feel comfortable. Thats my promise to you.

Cherie is a dental assistant at Pine Creek Dental. She was born in Chicago and raised in Shreveport, LA. She received her Expanded Duties certification from the University of Florida. Shes married to Roy and they have three daughters, one son, and two granddaughters. Her favorite pastimes are hiking, shopping, traveling and spending time with family and friends. I love working with all of our wonderful patients, building relationships with them and team members.

Jenni is a registered dental hygienist at Pine Creek Dental. She attended hygiene school at IWCC in affiliation with Creighton University and graduated in 2006. She has been working at Pine Creek Dental since graduation, which has now been 13 years. She is married with 4 young children and likes to garden and do family photography and videography. My favorite part about Pine Creek Dental is the lasting relationships we build between both teammates and patients.

Jo is a registered dental hygienist here at Pine Creek Dental. She is a Colorado native and has been in the dental field since 1998. Prior to going to dental hygiene school, she worked as an orthodontic assistant for 5 years. In 2005 she graduated from CU Health Sciences Center, School of Dentistry with a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. She joined the Pine Creek Dental team in 2010. She is married and has three beautiful children. Jo says My favorite part about being a hygienist is getting to build relationships with my patients while caring for them. Jo says she loves working at Pine Creek Dental because it feels like spending the day with a group of good friends, not just co-workers.

Tori is an expanded duties dental assistant who has now found her passion in being a front office coordinator. She is a hometown girl, a Colorado Springs native. She is married with a little boy who is her best friend and the light of her life. When she has time she likes to cook, shop, and spend time with her family. She loves working at Pine Creek Dental because of the impact she has on patients and the opportunity to grow friendships with patients and the Pine Creek Dental Team. She says there is no better feeling than coming to work every day and it not feeling like work, we have the absolute best team.

Lauren was born and raised in Colorado Springs. She is a graduate from Pikes Peak Community College, with her Associates Degree in Expanded Duty Dental Assisting. In her time here at Pine Creek Dental, she has moved into being a member of our front office coordinating team! In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband going to the lake, camping, trying new adventures and spending time with family and friends. I love working at Pine Creek Dental, because of the wonderful patients and teammates.

Dana is a registered dental hygienist at Pine Creek Dental. She is a native of Kansas, where she graduated from Wichita State University with her degree in Dental Hygiene in 2007. She joined our team in 2014. She is married with two little girls. Outside of work she and her husband love playing with their kids at the park, skiing, hiking and taking trips to Kansas and Ohio to visit family. My favorite part of being a hygienist is building relationships with my patients and helping them achieve beautiful healthy smiles.

Mary is a native of Colorado Springs and graduated from dental hygiene school in 2005. She is a proud mother of two with one on the way in the Spring of 2020. She enjoys being active and outdoors with her husband and family. Hiking, camping, and running are some of their favorite Colorado activities. Her favorite thing about being a hygienist is being able to work with different patients throughout the day and helping them achieve optimal dental health. She loves the family/team atmosphere at Pine Creek Dental!

Megan is a Colorado Springs native and a graduate of Pikes Peak Community College with her Associates in Dental Assisting. She enjoys spending her free time with her son, friends, and family. She is a Disney fanatic and loves to run and exercise. Megan loves Pine Creek Dental because it is a positive, encouraging environment with a supportive and uplifting staff that feels like a family.

Michaela is a dental assistant at Pine Creek Dental. She was born in San Diego and raised in a small town in Anderson, South Carolina. She is a proud mommy to two vibrant little boys, absolutely loves hiking, finding new trails to explore and movie nights with her family. Michaela recently graduated from the PPCC Dental Assisting Program where upon finishing was blessed to begin her career with the Pine Creek Dental Family. She loves Pine Creek Dental because of the relaxing and friendly atmosphere provided for our patients as well as the advanced technology that offers top of the line dental care and the forever friendships she has developed with the Pine Creek Dental Team.
