Dr. Stevenson attended the University of Michigan, where he received a BS in Biological Psychology and then graduated from the School of Dentistry in 2003. After receiving his Dental Degree, Dr. Stevenson spent a year training in Jacksonville, Florida as part of a residency associated with University of Florida. There he received intensive training in all procedures involved with Dental Implants, as while as complex full mouth reconstructions and rehabilitation. Upon completion of this program he started working at Pinckney Family Dentistry, and also spent 7 years teaching part-time in the Dental Clinics of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Since 2004 he has been an Assistant Editor and Clinical Consultant with The Dental Advisor, where he has lectured to other dentists and has been in the forefront of dental materials and techniques.
In his spare time, Bill is passionate about his wife and two kids, food, University of Michigan football, photography, and choral singing. As a member of the UMS Choral Union, he has sung multiple times with the Detroit Symphony, performing such works as Beethovens 9th Symphony, Mahlers 2nd Symphony, and some small solo work with the DSOs performance of Bachs St Matthews Passion in 2008. Bill has performed with the King Singers, twice with the Michigan Marching Band during a football game, and regularly sings major choral works throughout the year.
Dr. Bell completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan with a BS in Dental Hygiene. Upon completion of this degree she entered dental school at U of M and graduated in 2006. She spent the next year at the Ann Arbor VA Hospital in a general practice residency program. Since 2010 she has been teaching part-time at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and has participated in Give Kids a Smile, an annual event at School Dentistry providing free dental services for underprivileged children. Dr. Bell has worked in several different offices in Manchester, Saline, and Ann Arbor. She is looking forward to working closer to home, as her husband and her live in Dexter with their two young daughters.
Jill grew up in Ann Arbor, where she followed in her Dads steps as a dentist. She enjoys running and has completed one marathon and several half marathons. She spends her free time with her family and watching Michigan Football, basketball and hockey.

Dr Bell and her staff are very courteous. I got in and out right away. Kathleen my hijentist explained everything to me that she saw when she cleaned my teeth and was very professional. I highly recommend coming here.

I've been coming out 40 minutes to this dentists office for years now, they are seriously the best and so worth it. When I first came here I came with a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but Pinckney Family Dentistry changed all of that. Every single receptionist, hygienist, and dentist is so kind and great at keeping patients at ease. 2 days ago a piece of a filling fell out and they got me in 2 days later and fixed it in about 20 minutes. As long as I live in this state I will not go to any other office.

As a patient for over two years, I have enough "chair time" to highly recommend Pinckney Family Dentistry! Dr. Bell and Hygienist Alexis are gentle while providing thorough treatment, administrative staff is kind and willing to text if desired, the office is very clean and COVID conscientious and the building has easy access and parking.

A big thank you to Dr. Stephenson and his staff at Pinckney Family Dentistry. We needed a timely repair for my mother-in-law's dentures and Dr. Stephenson was able to make the repair quickly. His staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They were especially patient with an elderly patient. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Dr. Stevenson has actually made my fear of going to the dentist disappear! I just had my first filling appointment, dr. Stevenson made it a breeze and also had a jam session to the sweet music that they play( which helped get my mind off the drill). Thanks Pinckney Family Dentistry you guys make going to the dentist a breeze! 10/10 would recommend (:

Dr. Stephenson has been our family dentist for several years and he is excellent. My wife and I have had experiences with dentists through the years and he is by far the very best! All the staff at Pinckney Family Dentistry are excellent! From our various dental work needs to our teeth cleaning we couldn't be more pleased and satisfied!

WOW is all I can say about Dr Stevenson! I had to have some work done which involved getting a shot, I am very afraid of the shots! While he was talking to me and going over the details of what he was going to do, he was rubbing the area with his finger where the shot needed to go. Then he asked me if I could feel him touching it after a few minutes, I couldn't feel anything! HE HAD ALREADY GIVEN THE SHOT!! I had no clue! There was zero pain involved in my procedure and I left with a beautiful smile. I am still not sure how he did it, slight of hand, like a magic trick. It was mind blowing and I highly recommend to anyone to go there. Great staff !

Today was my first visit at Pinckney Family Dentistry and I was extremely satisfied. Darlene the hygienist was so thorough and gentle. Dr. Bell was awesome too. Lisa the office manager and the rest of the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I've been a dental office manager for over 30 years and recently stopped working. So needless to say, I had high expectations of how a dental practice should run. I was not let down!

I love this office! The staff are very nice, accommodating, and assistive. The environment is exceptionally clean. I have never experienced an issue and the doctors always put the patient experience first! I do highly recommend Alexis as well!

My experience at Pinckney Family Dentistry could not have gone better! The entire staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Dr. Bell explained what was happening with my issue in a detailed way that I could understand. Best dentist visit I have ever had. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Pinckney Family Dentistry is the best! After having several poor experiences with dentists, we found our home at Pinckney Family Dentistry. They are always kind and patient with my children and so gentle. I also really appreciate that they don't "upsell" as was my experience at other dentists. They provide excellent care and I don't feel shamed into more products and procedures than what is necessary for my family's dental health.
