He put new teeth (crowns) on top and within 3 months 2 had fallen off! I need to get an implant with a bridge to fix it! I need over $7,500.00!

Excellent office! My teeth cleaning was great, and there was no pressure to upsell services that I have felt at other places. I have been going here for a few years now after living in Bend for 23 years and it's my favorite dentist in Bend.

The care I have received at Pilot Butte Dental has always been most excellent. Dr John Wiley and his staff keep up with the latest in dental practice and the work is first class. They are not out to gouge you with unnecessary work. My husband and I do not have dental insurance and they have always worked with us so that we could afford our dental care. Dr Wiley makes crowns and other replacement teeth inoffice, which is cost and time saving. We have been patients at Pilot Butte Dental for 20 years and usually the dentist is a place one goes to with less than great joy but Dr. Wiley and every one of his staff have made us feel like family. We are moving out of state in the next few months and we will truly miss them

I was just in for my 3nd visit and it felt like I'd been a patient for years. Very warm and friendly team from the front office team, to , the painless hygienist, to Dr. Wiley himself. I HIGHLY recommend Pilot Butte Dental. Great experience!

This is my second visit with getting my teeth cleaned it was amazing each time. Very nice staff the dentist even came in to look at a tooth on his day off .

I showed up and the phones and computers were down, but they still delivered exceptional customer service! I was still able to have my appointment that day and got in and out in a reasonable time. I will be a returning customer!
