We have had to take our daughter there for a few emergency situations and the entire staff is so kind and helpful. They are absolutely wonderful with kids and they accomplish difficult jobs on my daughter that other dentist won't even attempt because of her age. Highly recommend them and we will happily drive over an hour to get to them!

The hygienist are great. The dentist, however, never speaks with parents. I specifically asked for them split a treatment. They decided to pull all 5 teeth in that visit, no consult, even after my request. Poor kid is miserable and can't eat at all. He will always have fear now. Thanks Dr. Pillion.

The last time I checked as long as you didn't cancel your appointment you still had one. Now you have to answer a phone call and confirm it. I work all day and can't answer a phone call so unless I call and cancel my appointment I should still have one. I will be finding my children another dentist. I took this day off to take them to the dentist and bc I couldn't answer bc I was at work they cancelled it. Unless I cancel my appointment it shouldn't be cancelled. Period.

I would have to say we had a great experience quick but efficient super knowledgeable doctor created a treatment plan and was very polite. would have to give the gold star to the hygienist been going to the dentist for over 20 years by far the nicest I have ever encountered she is a asset for sure!!!!

I've known Dr. Connor McCall for many years and he is a fantastic dentist! We brought our daughter to him for some complex dental issues that required special attention and he handled it with the upmost care and professionalism. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough and specifically, Dr. McCall!

Be very careful if your insurance changes! The receptionist took my new insurance card and told me everything was fine. The dentist then proceeded to do more work on my child than I was expecting without advising me beforehand. They will not allow parents to come back and do not explain anything about the treatments they will be doing. They never speak to the parents at all! Now I am stuck with a huge bill because it turns out they are out of network for my new insurance! I feel like I was ripped off.

My son goes here and I just called to schedule my 11 year old daughter for her next cleaning. I was told that they only take kids 5 and under. Aren't kids pediatric patients until they're 18? I have had great visits regarding my son. Just not sure why they wouldn't take my daughter.

We love this place! Our daughter had a bad experience at another dentist office, and was very nervous. The nurses and doctors here are superb at handling children and are also very fast. We've already been here twice, and have referred Pillion and Smith to friends. Thanks for a great place to take our children!

Policy is No parent can be in the room while a child is on laughing gas due to fumes! Im not ok with that as a mother. That's a definite no.

I was extremely nervous about bringing my wild, fidgety toddler to the dentist. I left feeling so relieved! The hygienist (I didn't catch her name) and Dr. Smith were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I could tell my 2 year old quickly became very comfortable there with them and he did amazing for his first ever appointment. Will absolutely be continuing care with this practice and will be recommending them to my mom friends/family.

I honestly never leave reviews, but this one is exceptionally warranted. I have been trying to get my son into a dentist for two months, and everywhere I called Was booked out well through May. I called here and explained his pain and what he needed and they got him in within a few days. They took the best care of my little man and I couldn't be more thankful. We live an hour and 15 minutes away and it was worth every second of the drive. Thank you again, so much.

Doctor Pillion, Thank you for getting Adult medicaid! Only problem Noone takes it bc it barely covers half the cost of everything. Please keep helping, let me know what I can do to help change this. 37, single mom and all I want is to be able to smile without pain. Why is that to much to ask?

Was moving to another state. Never received a bill in my new address or received a phone call from them, They directly sent the bill to the collection company. Just bad in managing the communication with customers.

Bad experience with the person that does the cleaning. I had my 4 year old son there today for a cleaning I understand he is very strong and hates doctors, dentist. So holding him down to clean his teeth was a task I admit. I hold his hands and cleaning person held his head between her arm a and side me trying to hold him so she could ean his teeth was a workout for sure but come on why hold his head between her arm and side I felt as if I let him move wrong she would rip his head off im sure no but I was worried for sure thinking never going back. Dentist came in looked at his teeth sung abc no problem. Just saying wow what a experience. Everytime.

To bad you have to give a star to write a review I wouldn't give them no stars. We have rescheduled two appointments in the last year and told me I have to find another dentist. If Dr. Pillon can't manage his practice then he sure shouldn't run for Congress. They have to many patients and don't care about you at all just after your money. My oldest son has been going there for ten years it's a shame pathetic is what it is.

Very bad at processing insurance and don't care about the customer at all. I was living in Bristol and we moved to New York in 2016. We visited the office several months before we move. We did not receive any bill. They did not file insurance after several months of the service when my insurance expires because it's work related. They don't even bother to give me a call before they send my info to debt collections. Very bad attitude of front desk. Refuse to communicate. All they want is money. Very disappointed.

I wish we caught the name of our dental assistant because she was super sweet. When we walked in we were greeted with a friendly welcome & a smile! The girl at the front was super nice, not everyone likes to engage with children when they talk about random things however she didn't hesitate & was chatting right back with my son. Didn't spend much time with the dentist however the little time we had was pleasant. I would recommend this office to any kid who get scared easily because they're so friendly & kind it creates a safe & calm office vibe for the little guys

My son screamed liked Westley, from the Princess Bride, in the pit of despair out of fear at the start of his visit but managed to come out smiling. Staff handled him great, his hygienist or whatever her title is was great and very patient.
