Everytime you call they always say let me take your name number down and someone will call you back.. I ask will it be today her answer is oh yes most definitely won't be very long at all lol It's been a week and no call back they never seem to ever have any availability nor can they keep the same dentist i most definitely would not recommend them.. Most of all the service the dentist provides is horrible you will be in worse shape then before.

DO NOT RECOMMEND They clearly have a problem keeping their dentists in office they have rescheduled my appointment twice and my brothers 3 times. Mind you we drive an hr & 30 minutes to get to them. Just flat out Ridiculous.

Don't expect a call if your dentist appointment has changed or if you can't be seen that day. This has happened to me 4 times in 2 1/2 years. This past visit I was asked for a SS number and they said they couldn't help me because it was against their policy even though I give Adena permission to release any and all information. Anyways communication is #1 problem and employees have taken fixing each other's hair over waiting on customers. It's just a crazy experience in there

Very best dentist I have been to. I was in a lot of pain and they worked me in, pulled my tooth and told me about the Grant they have been given. They took great care of me all for $20.

I don't even live in Ohio, but they keep billing my insurance for dental work. I'd certainly never trust them to get my billing or insurance right.

Was on hold for 2 hours before i hung up im not very happy with them right now seams as if you cant get ahold of them when you call them

The staff is very friendly and answered any questions I had. Got in very quickly.

After making an appointment to get a crown repaired for my husband, it took them until the day of the appointment to realize they don't do crown related procedures. Had to reschedule with another dentist and use up a personal vacation day. Very angry with them.
