Pike District Smiles was recommended to me several years ago by friends and I have been a patient for some time. I work in the building so many of my colleagues go here and I have only heard good things. It's an excellent practice that uses the newest technology and I always get the most thorough care. They have a gorgeous and large newly-renovated space and are clearly expanding. From this last visit, I was impressed with the 3D scans they take of your teeth that show a variety of interesting information, like bite pressure points. I was clearly curious and they took the time to walk me through the screens and explain some interesting findings to me. I never feel rushed and everyone is very personable and professional, from the front desk to the doctors. In this past visit, Dr. Nikkhah took time to share with the hygienist and discuss an anecdote we shared from a couple of years ago. I think this last exam and cleaning I had was the most thorough in my life and it was just a routine cleaning. In my gift bag they also gave me a head for my sonicare toothbrush at home instead of the standard toothbrush--fancy! They also surprised me with a gift of a new (and nicer than what I had) sonicare toothbrush when I paid for a dental service/procedure in a lump sum...and was even gracious when I asked if they had it in a different color. I tend to think of doctors and dentists as kind of standard, but times are clearly changing. This is an impressive practice that goes well beyond what I have come to expect from a dentist.

I've been going to Dr. Nikkhah since 2017. She's always offered a clean, comfortable & inviting atmosphere. She even does an excellent job servicing my young children. Highly recommended for all ages.

Everyone was great. Dr. Charles and Walter were especially amazing. I was really nervous about my teeth but they got me in quickly and were very professional and courteous. They took the time to explain everything happening with my teeth without tacking on unnecessary procedures for minor issues. and the prices for future services were discussed thoroughly by the woman at the front desk so I could make fully informed decisions in regard to my treatment plan! An added bonus: the office space is beautiful!

Very luminous and spacious office is the first thing I've noticed And less than 5 min of wait time to go in the back which didn't even have time to get my phone out and check my phone out. Nice and welcoming staff at the front desk, friendly and professional treatment from the moment I sat on the chair to the moment I left the office. Dr. Nikkhah is amazing ( I usually have a hard time with dentists) but not with her, she was very patient with me and always kept me informed thought the procedure. Felt comfortable right away. The hygienist was very nice and did a wonderful job, as well as the the assistant. I would've given more than 5 stars if that was an available option and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

For many reasons, this is a great comfort. I have been to the mills, been charged to the gills. Not here. Dr. Nikkah and her hygienist, are extremely competent, no nonsense dentistry. Saving teeth is a priority like pearls or heirlooms. Also, they are great conversationists. Their team puts the patient at ease. A great service. Trustworthy and competent.

Dr. Nikkhah and her team are a true group of experienced professionals who genuinely care about your needs, and go out of their way to ensure every experience is a positive one. Their North Bethesda office is clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, super easy to find with plenty of parking. There's something to say about a dental office that greets you with warm smiles from the moment you walk in, to when your visit is done. Regardless of the treatment you need - from regular routine teeth cleaning to Invisalign, Dr. Nikkhah and her team at Pike District Smiles are number 1! Thank you!

One the best dentist's I have been to, she was honest and did not try to come up with all these potential procedures I would need to get money out of me. Earlier this year, I saw another dentist and she told me I needed root canals, crowns and fillings but after coming here to Dr. Nikkah, I am so happy. She told me my teeth are fine except for a minor cavity that we will keep our eye on to make sure it doesn't grow. We only have one permanent set of adult teeth and I want to keep them intact forever and I am glad I found the perfect dentist for it. Thank you to the staff and my hygienist, Walter.

Dr. Nikkhah and her associates and dental hygienists are great. They are professional, courteous, thorough with their work, and very friendly at every visit. The front desk staff are also very pleasant and friendly to speak with. Pike District Smiles use top-of-the-line equipment to help ensure that every patient is at their best when it comes to their dental practices. They also do a great job of explaining their work in a manner that makes sense to the patient and make the patient feel at ease. I have been pleased with every visit since becoming a patient at Pike District Smiles and would highly recommend others consider them for their dental needs.

Everyone was friendly and they made me feel comfortable. Everything was explained in detail. I was given options on the type of care I wanted, which is always good. I didn't feel rushed. The wait wasn't long and it was very clean.

I'm an old patient from a few years back and just wanted to leave a good review after receiving an old notification. Great environment, friendly front desk staff, and the entire staff does their personal best to make sure you are comfortable. Miss this place because I've never found another like it.
