I had great experience in my first 2 visits for annual exam (+cleaning) and filling. All the staff are extraordinary professional and they really try to make sure I'm feeling comfortable in the whole process. I would recommend it to my family and friends!

Friendliest and most comprehensive dental practice I have ever gone to. They have state of the art facilities, explain everything in much detail and make you feel very much at ease, which is amazing for dentists! Highly recommend Dr. Pierce and the entire team!

I was a patient of the former dentist to occupy this location. I was contacted by the new dentists (Pierce & Ryan Dentistry), who has assumed the previous dentist office after MAJOR needed renovations and updates occurred. They asked if I would be willing to come in for a visit. It was wonderful to visit the 21st century office upon my visit (not the 1960s, which the previous dentist's decor and equipment). New, beautiful and clean for starters. The new staff are amazing from Laura at the front desk always a smile (even through the mask these days) and welcoming to the Rebecca, who was my hygienist today. The staff will always makes you feel like family. Today, I was there for my six month cleaning/checkup. "How are you?" they say with honest curiosity, so eager to listen. The staff will review and summarize previous visits with the understanding that we're both on the same page. I saw Dr. Pierce after my cleaning was complete, she gave me Five Stars on the care I have been taking with my dental hygiene (yay me!). I have and will continue to recommend Pierce & Ryan Dentistry! BTW, they are always rated in the Top Dentists of the Year in Washingtonian magazine (recognition plaques displayed). This place is top-notch dentistry and accepts almost all insurance. If they don't, they'll work with you, so don't let that hold you from the best dentist visit you'll ever have! You want good dentists? You want Pierce & Ryan! You will thank yourself after your first visit.

Highly recommend! Our entire family goes here. The dentists and staff are so friendly, courteous, compassionate and professional. The personal experience they create removes the anxiety that some of us associate with "going to the dentist". I LOVE the fact that they are truly transparent with dental costs. They presented me with a care plan, showed me my dental insurance coverage and my responsibility. I'm so happy our friends referred this dental office to us.

By far the most professional dentist office I have ever visited. The staff is competent and attentive. They took their time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the procedures. They are straight forward and transparent when discussing the treatment plan and I felt they were very reasonable. At the risk of making it more difficult for me to get future appointments, I highly recommend them!

I love Pierce & Ryan Dentistry right off Rt. 50 near the FFX Co Pkwy in the Greenbriar Shopping Center. Dr. Pierce is very knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. She is responsive and transparent in telling you what she is doing and why for those curious to know. The two assistants I've had, apologies for forgetting their names, were skilled, gentle, and detail oriented in their cleaning and prep. They answered all of my curious questions. Both were very friendly and even laughed at some of my dad jokes. The initial appointment was the most detailed and comprehensive check-up I've ever had. They x-rayed, and took detail photos which you can see on a big screen TV right in front of you, and measured each tooth 6 times to set a baseline and to determine what you need for healthy teeth and gums and any improvement or problems you have in the future. They are a meticulously clean modern facility with all of the newest technologies such as the crown lathe which uses a digital scan of the tooth and carves one right in front of you. Very cool indeed. They also have a comprehensive yearly discount membership plan which saves you lots of money. I'm very happy I found them.

I called to make a appointment for a routine cleaning. I specifically asked if there would be any out of pocket cost? They checked and said no there would not be. When I showed up I asked again to confirm I would not have any out of pocket cost? I was told everything was covered by my insurance. 2 months later I get a bill in the mail from them saying my insurance did not cover everything. On top of it the routine cleaning was not even done. They just did the routine check and x-rays. When I called I was told my insurance did not cover it all. Why was I told twice two different times that it was all covered??? I would not have had them do things that were not covered. It feels like a bait and switch. I did not even get done what I came in for.

Great facility and professional staff all contribute to their outstanding service. I've been a patient for several years and don't plan on going anywhere else!
