I've had an all around great experience with the folks here. I'd like to specifically highlight my interaction with Office Manager, LaToya. She showed an immediate and consistent level of compassion and empathy that is so often lacking in medical/Healthcare situations. She was kind, efficient, thorough and (again) extremely compassionate. She assisted me in sorting out my issue and I am incredibly grateful to her! Thanks LaToya!

Fantastic experience - not something I usually say about going to the dentist! Carlos made it easy to schedule an appointment for me; Brittany was wonderful coordinating my care; and Tricia made me feel like I was her only and most important patient when she cleaned my teeth.

The entire Piedmont Oaks Dental staff is amazing! Through their kindness, knowledge, and awesome environment they make coming to the dentist easy. Who else gets to listen to reggae while their teeth are cleaned?! Thank you Piedmont Oaks!

I had an emergency visit and was able to have the service I needed completed to the utmost satisfaction. The staff and Dr. Wong were absolutely fabulous. First class, second to none.

Highly recommended. The Doctor and the staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful since the very beginning of the process. My husband needed his tooth removed and everyone made him feel comfortable and well taken care of. No pain after the procedure. Excellent job!

This is a fantastic dental office! Everyone there from the front desk to the hygienists to the doctors seems knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I'm so glad my family and are now part of this practice.

For the last 40 years I went to Dr. Gabor. When I heard the news he was retiring, I went into shock. Who is gonna replace him? I don t like change. Until I met Dr. Chris Guerosli. He is Dr. Gabors younger twin. He is kind , gentle and compassionate. He has a wonderful staff ( Jackie and Jessika.) Very knowledgable and professional. The great news is Dr. Guerosli will not be retiring any time soon. Everyone I refer to his office is extremely happy!!!!! Go see him.

Dr Wong is great... Takes the time needed to do the best work possible, listens, pays attention, all done with a huge dose of kindness and compassion.. His assistant was great as well, working with Dr Wong efficiently, quietly doing what was needed. Office staff was professional and courteous.

Trish is the best hygienist that I've ever been to in my 50 years of going to the dentist. And the dentist is professional and honest. My son don't fear going to this dentist either. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I am a very long time patient and am not accustomed to 2.5 hour dental appointments. My appointment was for 9:20 I left the building at 11:40am. I was also referred to an outside specialist for a tooth exam. A tooth that Piedmont Oaks repaired a filling in within the last year for quite a lot of money, has occasional sensitivity. I don't want to be sent out. Enough X-rays were taken yesterday to diagnose what, if anything is wrong with the tooth. Piedmont Oaks does not offer senior discounts, or discounts for straight out of pocket expenses ( no insurance). They do give 5% off for same say payment however.

While I like my hygienist and dentist, it's annoying that they no longer accept Delta Dental, which I'm sure is the insurance carrier for the majority of patients. The worst thing was that they asked me to pay the balance BEFORE being seen, claiming that it would reduce patient interactions following the visit. Not sure how that helped, as I waited at least 10 minutes for an easily-distracted office worker to make an appointment for me after I'd been seen. Really, I've been coming to this office for over 25 years. Who makes me pay up front?
