I needed emergency dental care. Piedmont Endodontics showed caring and compassion and got me in after trying about 40 other places within a 2 hour drive who just simply said, no we don't have any emergency slots. They showed continued kind badness and compassion when I received dental work. The work was quick and painless. I was very impressed with the services I received and highly recommend if endodontic treatment is needed.

My husband had previously had an emergency root canal in May and the staff was excellent and took care of his issue. Then two weeks ago he began to have a problem with another tooth, our primary dentist was off and we were leaving for the out of town wedding of our son. The staff got my husband in with an appointment with Dr. Horowitz the same day.Dr. Horowitz was kind enough to see my husband and take care of his tooth. I cannot begin to tell you how kind and professional the staff is in this office, I highly recommend the Winston-Salem office.

I seen doctor Nathan Horwitz yesterday for a root canal & I was freaking out before I came ! But he took great care of me & my mouth feels 100% better already!! Doesn't even feel like i've had it!

I was in a scrutiating pain for a month before I decide to go in and get a root canal done my tooth was hyper inflamed. I have a hard time getting numb when it comes to dental work she was able to numb me up without any pain by far The easiest and most painless root canal I've ever had I highly recommend doctor Leslie A Malueg

Awlful experience! Had a root canal done in a crown and I told them of my anxiousness and nervousness of procedure and needed nitrous. But nitrous did not work or wasn't working and I had to suffer through it. And dr nor assistant seemed to want to help me.

This was my first visit to this office. I needed a root canal. The entire staff crushed my anxiety of the procedure with kindness and genuine concern. It began with the recepsionsit, who was very welcoming and kind. The procedure was painless. The Dr and all assistants consistantly communicated every step and patienly answered all my questions The entire staff worked pass their normal hours to take care of me.. After this experienceI can no longer say " as bad a root canal. Well done and i am very grateful for the proffessional care I received.

I was having the worst tooth pain you can imagine. The receptionist got me in very quickly, and Dr. Morrow was able to find the tooth causing my discomfort. He performed a root canal, and within the time frame I was having the procedure I was pampered and treated very well by he and his excellent staff, Melinda and Heather. I am a person who doesn't typically care for trips to the dentist, but this group of professionals made all the difference. Both of these ladies held my hand and helped me tremendously by keeping me comfortable. All I've ever heard about root canals being so horrible isn't true, at least when you are a patient of this magnificent team. I give them 15 out of 10 stars; in other words, they exceeded my expectations and put me well at ease. I highly recommend this group of dental specialists, as well as the staff, to care for anyone's dental needs.Thank you Dr. Morrow, Melinda, Heather, and the front desk personnel for the care I received. You are the BEST EVER!

I saw Dr. Morrow urgently on a recent Friday. I was incredibly anxious and fearful of having a root canal. Dr. Morrow and his assistant were both excellent at letting me know what was going to happen and ensuring me it would not be painful. They were both very kind in regards to my fear and anxiety. As promised, I felt nothing! My root canal went seamlessly and if I need another in the future, Dr. Morrow will be my only choice.

I brought my daughter to this place for a consultation. As we were checking out, the older lady who was taking our money was giving my daughter instructions about her oral surgery. I wanted to ask her a question and she immediately shut me down telling me that my daughter was the patient and I could not ask her any questions about the pending surgery. My daughter and I were standing right beside each other when she did this. I wanted to know what I needed to do for her after the surgery but I never got to ask because this rude person with a "Karen" hair-do refused to answer my heartfelt concerned question. We will never come back to this place and I will inform our primary dentist that he should find another endodontist to refer his patients to. This place is awful. Also, she refused to answer questions regarding insurance which now has to be filed separately because this woman wouldn't do her job.

The whole staff at Piedmont Endodontics (Winston Salem) was fantastic to deal with. I was given all the information that was necessary to fix my tooth problem, and all my questions were fully answered. Although a root canal did not fix my issue, they recognized the fact that I needed a tooth extraction ASAP. Since both my usual dentist and oral surgeon were off on Friday, they referred me to another oral surgeon to perform the extraction. Dr. Mauleg even followed up with me by text Friday afternoon to ensure everything had gone well, which significantly impressed me since I had been her patient for all of 1 hour. I would highly recommend Dr. Malueg and Piedmont Endodontics.

This is something that I do not do very often , but I asked if I could write a review instead of being asked to do one . Had a root canal procedure done with Dr. Will Stanley and his excellent assistant Amber this morning . Can't say it is something I was looking forward to , but these two very professional people made it the best experience it could have been for me . Very caring in what they did and informed me of what was going to happen every step of the way .I can not recommend any more highly these two to anyone that needs dental work done . I do not want to leave the office staff I dealt with out either . Great people and so friendly .They worked with my insurance company and made check-in and check-out very easy . Thanks guys .
