Had an apicoectomy and root canal done here and it was a perfect experience in a "uncomfortable" situation... Tracy along with Shirley are very sweet and made sure I was taken care of. Dr. Stanley is very professional, polite, does not hesitate on answering any questions, explains everything has he is going along the process.. I've never had such a pleasant experience with any dentist before. Cheers to Dr. Stanley and his team! Also, the front ladies in the desk are wonderful!

I had an immaculate experience here. I was referred by my dentist for a root canal. From the first phone call it was a pleasant experience. They let me know what to expect and also informed me of what to expect with the cost, so that helped me prepare. The front desk staff was very nice when I arrived, and I interacted with the dental assistants, Tracy and Shirley. They were so incredibly sweet and asked me several times if I had questions after going over the procedure. They supplied me with helpful information prior to my procedure, as well. Dr. Stanley, who performed my root canal, was also very accommodating and knowledgeable. He kept me well informed of what was going on as it was happening. He and his staff made me feel extremely comfortable in a not so comfortable situation. I felt at ease and they were so respectful. I have never had a dentistry ask me if I wanted to listen to music or watch TV or put in earbuds before the procedure. I didn't even think about that so I was thankful for that recommendation. Not only were they professional but personable and very friendly. Thankful that they made this experience such a pleasant one!

When your dentist (who just put a crown on your #30 molar a couple of months earlier) tells you that the same tooth now needs a root canal and he's going to refer you to an endodontist, I think the word "dread" comes to mind. Possibly "you must be kidding me". While the reason for my visit to Piedmont Endodontics was not appealing, what an amazing experience with Dr. Wil Stanley, Tracy and the entire staff. They turned the "dread" into more of a "well, if I've got to do this, let's have the best people possible do it" I was advised every step of the way what was transpiring, what I could expect and how the procedure was going to go. Their technical acumen was surpassed only by their wonderful "bedside manner". Or "chairside" in this case. While I hope I never need another root canal, if I do or someone asks for my opinion on the matter, it's Piedmont Endodontics all the way. I can't imagine a better experience. Anywhere.

My son had a root canal today and everyone was very friendly and calming. Our assistant was Paige and she was so wonderful. Cannot compliment her enough!!! The front staff was very helpful and patient with us working through insurance and payment. If my kids need dental work in the future, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for giving us a great experience and helping my son keep calm.

I have always heard how bad a root canal hurts and to be truthful I was not looking forward to going in and getting my tooth fixed. Well i am 100% glad that I didn't listen to everything that I heard before. Dr. Leslie Malueg and Staff that helped me that day were AMAZING. The best part is it DIDN'T HURT!!! I have had regular fillings hurt more than getting the root canal procedure that I had yesterday. Thank you to High Point Endodontics for making my tooth feel better!!! You all rock!!!

I am still in shock of how professional and how painless my root canal was. It was by far the best dental service I've ever received. William D Stanley, DDS, MS, outdid himself and I'm grateful beyond belief and so is my mouth. The two assistants helping him were just as awesome and so sweet. I'd recommend this place to everyone I know and then some. If you hate dental work and the pain from sensitivity, give this place a shot!

Dr Stanley and his assistant were amazing, explained everything before they did it and while they did it. Was told of total price up front, no hidden extras. I was extremely nervous, but it was a pain free root canal, was in and out without having to wait, even able to go to work same day.

I went to get a root canal today on 3/4/22. When I first walked in, the front office was just so nice and clean. It smelled like they recently remolded or added in new furniture. The woman at the front desk was so sweet. Very considerate. The payment process was easy, she was very upfront with me about everything. Usually when someone tries to explain the payment to me I get anxious and confused. But that didn't happen this time. Which is nice. The dental assistant was equally sweet and very considerate. This is the first time someone has ever shown consideration for the fact that I don't want to lose my teeth and caring about that due my age. And the fact that no one wants to lose teeth. Usually the dentist I've seen in the past just act like it's no big deal. The dentist himself was great. Actually took the time to make sure I knew how the process would be, actually wants to save my teeth rather than throwing his hands up and saying "can't do it, sorry". (Which has happened before with other dentists, many times. Just to find out later that said teeth could in fact been saved. Not the same ones I'm being seen for now though. This was a long time ago.) Anyway, I am just very impressed with the entire experience. This will be my go to specialist from now on! For myself and my daughter if she ever needs their care.

Have been dealing with this practice for decades but this is was first experience and procedure done at this particular office which is close and easy to access from my home. Dr. Matthew Baird DDS was a very pleasant surprise. I had to have an unexpected procedure done. Aren't they all?? He and the entire staff at this office are like a breath of fresh air. Always accommodating, making sure you are comfortable. They answer every question and make themselves available to help in every way. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. Some of the kindest people I've ever encountered and I am generally afraid of any dental procedure. NOT HERE! You will always have my business. Thank y'all so much.

This was my first time having a root canal and it was a breeze. Reception was very quick to answer any questions I had and the dentist assured me that he was doing it the way he would want it done for himself. I had zero pain whatsoever and it wasn't any more uncomfortable than a cleaning. If you are thinking about getting anything done this is the place for sure.

Corey and Dr. Baird were amazing! I am quite scared and ended up needing two root canals instead of just one. They were comforting and talked me through each step of the way. You couldn't ask for a better treatment!

Honestly, I've never cared for dentists. Nothing personal towards them... I just think of pain and torture when the subject comes up. My regular dentist, Dr. Brandyberry (Brandyberry & Associates in Thomasville) has proven to be an exception to my belief... Christian Brandyberry and his staff are great... really put you at ease. Well, anyway, went to Dr. Brandyberry with a toothache, and he said it looks like a root canal is in my future. I was in pain... his office staff called Piedmont Endodontics, and much to my surprise, they worked me in that afternoon. The staff there was very friendly and helpful... dental hygienist Melanie (ask for her!) was wonderful... she put me at ease... and I was nervous due to hearing horror stories about root canals. And Dr. Morrow was gentle... and I can honestly say I had zero pain... there was some discomfort, but no pain. I couldn't believe it! The procedure took longer than expected (not because of anything on their part)... so they stayed late to get me fixed-up. If you're needing a root canal... (or similar procedures)... I can say that if you go with Piedmont Endodontics, you'll be making a good choice! Thank you so very much to the entire staff!

I have nothing but nice things to say about this place! Very accommodating! Pleasant staff! I needed an emergency root canal, and they were able to get me in quickly! Made sure I was completely numb and felt no pain before starting and talked me through the entire procedure! I hate going to the dentist, but this was place was awesome!

Everyone always hates to hear the words from a dentist, "you're gonna need a root canal." I've been there more than once. If you ever need this procedure, Dr. Malueg is outstanding. I was impressed by the entire staff at the High Point office. Between Dr. Malueg and the assistants, they talked to me throughout the procedure keeping me informed. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do, Dr. Malueg will get a call.

This place is great! They got me in same-day when two others I called had a two month wait list. Had severe pains this whole week. Was very nervous because this was my first root canal and getting drilled on always makes me cringe/nervous. The assistant and Dr Malueg were so caring and concerning! They did what they could to make me feel more comfortable and explained everything. They took the time to explain each major step and answered every question I had. Fantastic experience!

I was referred here by my dentist for a root canal procedure yesterday. First off, I was very afraid as I have never had a root canal done before, all I ever heard were horror stories about how painful the procedure is!! I was impressed that I received an appointment the same day (even though my nerves were all over the place), but everyone beginning with Candace (check in) was VERY welcoming and professional. Dr Steven Mohorn did my procedure and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He made me feel extremely comfortable and kept me laughing with his humor through my procedure. I didn't feel a thing! He was very gentle, professional, and caring and talked me through the entire process! His assistant Ansley was super nice and cool as well, and I felt very comfortable with them! If you EVER need a root canal done, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. STEVEN MOHORN!!!

Unfortunately for myself I've been here more than once. If you visit you're likely in discomfort as well. This is one of the most professional yet compassionate places I've ever been treated if not the top one. I hope you or I don't have to visit anytime soon but if so there's no better place to be seen for getting back to yourself. Thank you guys, more than once.
