Our pediatric dentist, Dr.Sperling, is a graduate of the New York University Dental School. Dr. Sperling received a post graduate degree in Pediatric Dentistry from Columbia University in New York City. He has been an associate at Picture Perfect Smile since 1993. He received the honor of being named a member of Americas Registry of Outstanding Professionals.

Dr. Sperlings approach with children is gentle, both with his dental techniques and his sensitivity to their concerns. He also works with special needs patients and has that 'certain knack' needed to treat young patients. All children can have a positive dental experience at Picture Perfect Smile. With Dr. Sperlings years of experience and expertise in pediatric dentistry, he understands that creating a pleasant environment is necessary for children when they come to the dentist.

Dr. Christina Paparella joined the Picture Perfect Smile team as an associate general dentist in 2018. She attended The College of New Jersey, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Paparella then went on to attend Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where she was a member of the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. While in her senior year of dental school, Dr. Paparella was chosen to work at John H. Cronin Dental Center, where she helped an underserved area with their dental needs. There she was co-chair of World AIDS Day and Give Kids a Smile Day. After graduating Rutgers, she went on to complete the residency program at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Dr. Paparella strives to provide quality and compassionate care to her patients. Since completing her formal education, Dr. Paparella has applied herself to advanced education courses and training so she can provide the highest quality care for patients. In her free time, Dr. Paparella enjoys trying new restaurants and cuisines, traveling and exploring different cities, as well as going on challenging hikes to enjoy nature.

Dr. Sinha is a graduate of Barnard College and Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry. She received a certificate for Graduate Studies in Orthodontics from Boston University School of Dentistry. She has practiced orthodontics since 1987 and has been an associate of Picture Perfect Smile since 1989. Dr. Sinha enjoys helping patients achieve a confident smile in a relaxing environment. Dr. Sinha also works with adults in order to improve imperfections in their occlusion that were not addressed during childhood and adolescence.

Dr. Sinha has completed her certification in Invisalign orthodontics which enables adults to wear invisible removable braces. This is the newest concept for adults who want braces but do not want that hardware look.

Little Falls Dentist Dr. Shahmehdi is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). He has been in private practice for eight years specializing in general dentistry. He graduated top amongst his class at UMDNJ, where he gained much recognition for his academic excellence. Dr. Shahmehdi was honored by the OKU Honor society and was elected into the Gamma Phi Delta prosthodontic honor society. Dr. Shahmehdi continued his education at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, one of the most competitive general practice residency centers in the North East.

Dr. Shahmehdi completed a two year continuing educational course at New York University of Dentistry (NYU) in surgical placement of implants and restoration. At NYU, Dr. Shahmehdi performed and mastered the science of dental implants, full mouth rehabilitation and cosmetic dentistry. He is a firm believer in providing the highest quality of care to his patients.
