Had to get a tooth extracted and they saw me the very next day and got the tooth extracted. Surprisingly I did not even feel any pain. I was super nervous and scared to go to dentist. I'm now no longer scared and super excited to get my smile back on track. Thanks Pickerington Family Dental!!

Being a new patient without insurance is a little scary, but everyone from the beginning was super nice, and I was able to get directly in. Karen and Dr. Smith are both caring, understanding and very patient. They took extra time to assure that I felt no pain! Extraction was quick, with absolutely no complications! Thank you!

Usually, I would never say that I had a great experience at the dentist's office...but this is an exception. Everyone was friendly and I felt well taken care of. Thanks Courtney, Becca, Karen and Dr. Smith! This was an insightful visit and Dr. Smith was very gentle and caring. You all make a GREAT team!!

Highly recommend this office! Pickerington Family Dental is a gem, and I'm so glad I discovered them. They offer a long list of care options, with very capable staff. Very welcoming to customers. To explain, I have gone to a dozen dentists in Columbus, and I won't go anywhere else. They've made every step so easy for me. From scheduling appointments, and planning out my dental care- to the efforts they put into fixing my dental problems. I can't say enough good things!

I'm not sure how this place has a 4+ star rating. They're either incompetent or races. They don't have any files in place even though it's been sent to them. They misplaced client files and called other dental places while the patient is there waiting to be seen. This place should be reported for their incompetence. Awful, just awful.

All the staff was great. The atmosphere was welcoming. The dental hygienist, Sierra, was gentle and professional. The dentist, Dr. Smith, was caring and pleasant. I highly recommend this office!

My name is Marric Davis and the young lady how worked on my teeth today was absolutely awesome. I went on 9/6/2022 @ 9:00. That young lady was so nice and friendly!! The other lady who was there. "Older lady" was terrible!

Dr. Smith is one of the most caring dentists I have ever met. She is so kind and so knowledgeable. Amy is the most amazing EFDA I have come in contact with. Her fillings don't even feel like fillings, they feel like my natural teeth. She is incredibly talented. Shelly and Becka at the front are super efficient and amazing with helping with the whole process. Last but not least, Karen. Karen isn't a typical Karen, she is an incredibly kind individual who is always working hard and does whatever she can to make you feel comfortable. Thank you to everyone for making me comfortable and helping me complete my fillings.

EXCELLENT service from the front desk all the way back to the dental chair! I was an emergency walk in patient for a tooth abstraction and the procedure couldn't of went any better than a walk in the park! Thank you Dr. Smith and the Pickerington Dental staff.

Became a client early this week after needing some emergency dental work. The front desk staff was sympathetic to the nature of my emergency and was able to see me within 30 min. of my initial call. Dr Smith was prompt and professional, and treated me with care. I would recommend Pickerington Family Dental to anyone in the Pickerington Area.

I went in to have a temporary filling replaced with a permanent filling following a root canal procedure. The doctor was fast but thorough. A nice and pleasant experience.

The front staff was welcoming and friendly upon my arrival. Kandy was my hygienist and was very thorough while making sure that I was comfortable. Dr. Smith was caring and pleasant during the exam. I felt like my dental health was very important to the staff and that they really cared about me. I am glad I chose this practice to take care of my teeth.
