New to the area, and needed a new dentist. Had a wonderful relaxing experience on my first visit, went here after trying another dentist office in a nearby town that made me want to run out the door, felt like I was in a used car lot getting the shakedown. Everyone here at Pickens Family Dentistry was professional, friendly, and welcoming. Very calming suites with big windows that look out over bird feeders and trees. Super happy to be back on a regular cleaning and care routine with a good, patient-centric family dentist. They get my recommendation.

My husband and I have been going to Pickens Family since moving to area...about 7 years...and we love them! Professional, friendly and the customer service from front desk, hygienists and dentists is phenomenal! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been going here for many years and couldn't think of going anywhere else! Love the staff and the dentists. Everyone there greets me as if I were family. Very professional, caring and friendly.

The dentist and her staff are very friendly and helpful to try and meet your needs and make you comfortable. This dentist doesn't just pull teeth out, She tries saving them regardless of age. She's awesome.

Being new to the area, I had to establish myself with my medical and dental providers. I had an emergency and Dr. Jordan Hood was able to work me into the visits that day. I found him to be very professional, have excellent dental skills, the ability to explain what he was doing and why, and to add to the experience, he has great people skills. No one likes the anesthesia required because, face it, shots in the mouth hurt. However, Dr. Hood is as good as I've ever found in their administration and makes them as painless as possible. I recommend this practice.
