For the patient embarking upon a new smile built with dental implants, the credentials of the team are significantly important. Many prospective patients seeking online guidance begin by looking for a dental implant dentist. This is a misnomer. As to date, the American Dental Association has not sanctioned a residency program for dental implant dentists that leads to specialty recognition.

Various dental specialties strive to own dental implant procedures, but as the end of the journey to the new smile is prosthetic teeth, it is wise to involve your prosthodontist from the beginning. Pi Dental Center doctors were among the pioneers establishing dental implant treatment protocols in the United States.

In the last thirty years, Pi Dental Centers board-certified prosthodontists have placed over 40,000 Brnemark System Dental Implants with a 99% success rate. ThePi Dental Center is the oldest and largest of its kind in the United States.

Experience translates to the conservation of time for the patient, and conservation of time in the chair translates to quicker, smoother implant placement with minimal trauma. Similarly, minimal trauma translates to quicker healing.

We use only the highest caliber of implant materials. Our on-site laboratory creates natural-looking, fully functional teeth. Our staff offers unmatched skill and sensitivity in creating the most customized treatment experience for each patient.

Pi Dental Center is one of the only places in the country with extensive experience using zygomatic implants. These implants make complete smile restorations possible for patients who have lost extensive bone. Bone grafts for dental implants are rarely necessary with zygomatic implants. We call this the No Bone Solution and it is still possible to have Teeth in a Day when using these implants. General anesthesia is highly recommended.

Pi Dental Center is a prosthodontic specialty practicecommitted to providing our dental patients with the highest standard of dental care. Pi Dental Center pioneered the Teeth In A Day dental implant treatment protocol. Our mission is to go beyond the preservation and maintenance concepts of general dentistry; our dentists design each individualized treatment plan to provide for an uncompromised clinically functional and attractive smile. Pi Dental Center operates all facets of its dental care center with focused team energy for excellence in treatment of the whole patient, from cosmetic dental care and digital dentistry to dental maintenance. We strive to provide a level of care that encompasses every dimension of the patients well-being. We spare no effort to assure that the treatment environment is comfortable and comforting.

Very happy with the cleaning that Julia did. She does a fantastic job and has a great personality. Very disappointed in the clinics Covid precautions. Masks should not be optional in a medical setting starting with the receptionists. Very disappointed in the answer I received concerning the vaccination status of the staff. I was told that you are not able to ask your staff about their status. I work with 2 organizations in the area employing 1,000 plus employees. We have no problem asking this question and requiring unvaccinated staff to wear masks. This has been vetted by several legal counsel and is perfectly legal.

I have gotten my teeth cleaned by Dolly for years and have never had a bad experience. She puts me at ease, is very easy to communicate with, and she always has a positive outlook, as well as doing a great job. Of course Dr. Wolfinger is the best dentist, and I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Having had problems in the past, at the end of last year I realized that I was going to lose what was left of my upper teeth. Went to another dental office in NJ where I met Dr. Robert Slauch, who works there one day a week. They took X-rays and did an exam & he confirmed what I had been previously told. That day he went over all my options & answered all my questions. I talked to him again the next day & a week later at his main office, PI Dental Center. They put everything in writing so I knew what my options were and what it would cost. After a lot of thought I decided to have implants put in, wanted something permanent, not anything I had to keep taking out. Even though it was very costly, in the end it was well worth it to me. Last February I had surgery in his PI Dental office, he removed 6 teeth, put in 5 implant fixtures and a temporary denture. I also used the anesthesiologist that Dr. Slauch's office recommended who did a great job too. The surgery went very well, I went home that day with a full set of upper teeth, I followed their instructions very carefully and had very little swelling & no pain, maybe some what uncomfortable but that was it considering how much work I had done. Yesterday I had the final denture put in, it looks great and fits perfectly. All the staff at PI Dental were great to work with! Each time I have been there they have been very caring & knowledgeable. Dr. Slauch did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Dr. Slauch to anyone who is considering implants. It was great to work with someone who is so caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and has years of experience!

Dr Slough had been highly recommended by my dentist so I went to see him. I have been a patient of Dr. Slough for several months now. I came to him to help me with my front teeth. One has an implant and the other one was capped. He needed to replace both. It took several months to get the look I wanted because the capped tooth needed an implant also. He was always so pleasant and confident that I would love my smile. It's very hard to match two front teeth but I walked away with teeth I am happy with. I highly recommend both him and his wonderful staff. They are awesome.
