I had my first visit to Dr Tran today and it was a wonderful experience. It is a small office and the staff is very friendly. I recommend it highly to anyone. On a scale of 1-10 it is definitely over the top!

If you want a delightful experience at the dentist (really?) from a very competent dentist, go here. I cannot say enough to describe how efficiently and with sincere concern for your comfort Dr. Tran works. Her outcome is the best I have ever had: a crown where the temporary fit well with no weird edges, then the permanent that was perfect without needing any modifications. Not my usual experiences with other dentists! Oh yeah, her charges are very reasonable to the point of forgiving the portion my insurance would not cover.

Dr. Tran is the best! We've only had a great experience when we've seen her. She's lovely and professional and does our cleanings so quickly. I highly recommend her!

When my son broke his front teeth while cycling, Dr. Tran did an amazing job giving him two beautiful porcelain replacements. I did not hesitate when it was my turn who needed care. As a senior, I'm pretty sensitive to pain. Dr. Tran is both skillful and gentle my two sessions with her went by fast with NO pain. I was pretty happy! I have now two well fitted new crowns that feel like my original teeth! For someone who paid out of pocket, I can say that her fees are very fair and reasonable. Dr. Tran of New Leaf Dentistry is a caring, experienced professional who is always there for her patients. I highly recommend her! Angela T.

I've tried 5 dentists over 17 years before finding a dentist that cares about me and my teeth AND doesn't try to sell my on extra services. Dr. Tran recently put in my first crown and it didn't hurt at all. Actually, nothing Dr. Tran has ever done has caused any pain at all, even working on my sensitive teeth. Highly highly recommend Dr. Tran and her amazing staff!

If I could give New Leaf Dentistry 5,000,000 stars... I would. I don't even live in San Diego, yet I schedule all my flights to come here and have my teeth cleaned. IT'S THAT GOOD. Here are the TOP REASONS why I really, really love Dr. Tran: 1. She's super sweet, which is great, but she's incredibly professional as well. Combine these two thing together, and you have a fantastic dentist. These words coming from someone that generally hates dentists. 2. Having my teeth done here is EASY. My appointments are always on time. They always end within the timeframe they gave me (if not earlier). When I feel like someone respects my time, I am in love. 3. Communication is great. Whether it's talking about what's happening at your appointment, or it's over email. Expect to be in the know. 4. It's PAINLESS. I recently had a crown done and it was .. the easiest thing. Dr. Tran was incredibly sensitive to any pain I might be feeling but often times I was asking "Should this hurt? It doesn't". I had the easiest experience getting a crown and everything I expected to have happen (see #3) .. happened. Wow, right? 5. Follow up. After my crown Dr Tran checked in several times to make sure I was doing well. HOW NICE RIGHT? If this woman ain't touching your teeth, you're doing something wrong. I love this place. And I'll continue to try to schedule my SD flights every six months so I can get my teeth cleaned etc. THANKS DR TRAN for being awesome! PS you get to wear cool protective eyewear when you're having your teeth done. Best time to take a selfie.

I waited less than 5 mins to be seen, there was no "upselling" or hidden fees, my appointment was efficient and painless, and the dentist was warm and friendly. I am actually looking forward to coming back for my next appointment.
