Dr. Jones and his dental assistant, Jackie were both very kind, professional, truthful and compassionate to my dental situation. The exterior and interior of the Dental office are very posh and have all the latest equipment. I had an emergency appointment and was a walk-in. Even though I was a walk-in, I was still seen in a timely fashion and was only in the office for an hour & a half. My emergency situation was treated today with antibiotics. My follow up appointment/procedure was made 12 days away. I'll then have a 2 week follow up appointment to come up with a game plan for my other problematic areas that are less severe. Overall, I am extremely grateful and pleased with the way I was treated by all team members here in this office!

I am 67 years old and I have dental anxiety. I am blessed to have found this place. If I had a dental clinic like this one in the past my teeth would be in better condition. The dentists, the dental hygienists and the receptionists (especially Colina) are the greatest. Dr. Abdulla left to open his own practice in another state but he will always be my favorite dentist. They have rules. We have to pay up front. That's one reason they are still open. They cannot just dish out pain medication to anyone and everyone that walks in there. That's another reason they are still open. If I could I would give them more stars. Did I mention I moved and now I drive an hour and a half for my dental appointments. The people there are very caring.

They do not care about your pain. Yanked my tooth out and I felt it all. I was in tears and they said it was normal. It's not normal to feel everything!

I can NOT believe the experience i have had with this clinic. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT $$$. I came in for my appointment with UNBEARABLE PAIN. I had called several times in the past 2 months to try to get a sooner appt with no luck. Coincidently, this ONE time I had an emergency expense on the day of my appointment and didn't have the funds at that moment and practically begged them to please let me give them my bank information so they could draft it out of my account at 12:00 that night, as i can't eat on either side of my mouth. I cried, they acted like they called the "head lady" and that she said "no"...This is so sad.. I could see if i didn't have future mandatory appointments scheduled and there was no way they could get their money. I have paid for my services before and was just in a bad spot at the time. I seriously was asking for mercy for at least 9 hours or so and they'd have their money.. THEY DID NOT CARE. Offered me another prescription of weak pain medication that does nothing and that takes over 2 hours for them to call in...Stated i could come in the next day but no promise i'll be seen...(my job won't accept such short notice)..Receptionists need better training so that the company's claims for caring about their patients reflect from the staff.. Attitude is everything. Just because a person is in a position of need doesn't give you permission to look down on anyone. Stop stereotyping because you never know what is happening with a person. There are hard working people with respected careers that fall on hard times.

Went as an emergency walk in. I had been there before years ago and it was a sliding scale dentist. I had to pay 87 dollars just to see anyone when i have no income because i couldnt prove i have no income i had proof other places take to prove no income but they wouldnt. They also knew i was 30 weeks pregnant before taking my money and knew i needed a tooth pulled due to extreme pain but did not inform me the dentist would not be able to pull the tooth or prescribe me anything for this so i spent 87 dollars and 3 hours of my time to go to the back and be informed they couldnt do anything for me all while the dentist was looking in my mouth saying how much damage their was from the 5 years ago that i had been there. And the dentist proceeded to get on to me for not coming back for a crown i needed years ago. I am still in an extreme amount of pain and now have no money to go anywhere else. The only thing good about this place was the nurse i had was really nice. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful and the dentist has the worst bedside manner i have ever encountered and is unhelpful and un sympathetic being 30 weeks pregnant and not being able to eat due to a tooth that needs removing is an emergency situation they knew ahead of time how far along i was and still took my money for no reason.

I had a very good experience! I was a walk in and Dr. A skipped his lunch hour; to stay and pull my wisdom tooth! Also great/friendly hygienists! I would recommend Primary to anyone who feels anxious about dental appointments!

I have been seen here twice and both experiences were not good at all. The receptionist is extremely rude and acts like it's an inconvience to do her job. After being seen if the doctor prescribes you any medication you can expect a 4 or five hour wait on having medication faxed to the pharmacy. What's so ridiculous is this just happens to be the only dental clinic in the parish that accepts Medicaid so if you have Medicaid insurance you are forced to be treated poorly or not be treated at all.

The Dr and staff are great but don't expect any sympathy or help for pain. They will not give anything for pain besides 800mg ibuprofen and norco 5 after visits. No matter how much pain you are experiencing. Just put an ice pack on it and suck it up. I recommend going somewhere else if it all possible.
