Very unprofessional place. Does not honor appointments or give any fair warning that they close early without warning its patients.

Dr. Missy and her entire staff were so welcoming! I was very anxious to bring my son because of a bad experience we had at a different dentist when he was 3. They put those anxieties at ease with the warm and patient demeanor. I am officially transferring my older child's records over and making Dr. Missy our new pediatric dentist!

I would recommend only take little kids here. Not older kids!! I took my kids for a couple years, but they're teens and when Dr Missy overbooks, she bumps older kids. I get that she'd rather lose an older patient than a young child w many years in pediatric. But we waited 45 minutes before Dr Missy said she won't take her for her scheduled appointment! She had a new receptionist & said it was a "miscommunication." Then Dr Missy said they're very busy there so why don't I take my kids to an adult dentist ? Well, I'm going to now! But she told us before that she sees patients til they're 18.

LOVE Dr. Missy & her staff! My daughter needed a last minute appointment because she took a spill and Dr. Missy was very flexible to fit her in. Even though they were short staffed the office was running like a well oiled machine and stayed on schedule. Dr. Missy was AMAZING with my daughter, and made both of us feel at home. She took the time to answer all my questions, and I really enjoyed talking to her. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I HIGHLY recommend Phoenixville Pediatric Dentistry!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Missy and her staff. I was so nervous that my 3yr old would freak out at his first appointment. Our hygienist, Jen, and Dr. Missy did an amazing job at keeping him calm, happy, and engaged throughout the whole visit. I couldn't believe how well he did! I am so thankful that these ladies were recommended to us!

Wonderful and so kind! My son has several cranio-facial anomolies. Dr Missy has always treated him with care and kindness. She never treats him differently. Dr Missy is always willing to take things at his pace. I am so grateful for practitioners like her, as he has a lot of dental work in his future and I wanted him to be comfortable with it from the time he was little. Thanks Dr. Missy!

If you are looking for a dentist for your children, you have found the right place. After visiting three other dentists in the area, I finally found a "dental home". This office is modern and beautiful and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Missy is very knowledgeable and is a natural with children. My oldest daughter (age 8) had to unfortunately have a molar pulled due to a cavity. Dr. Missy was calming and helped ease her anxiety. My 6 year old daughter watched the whole thing. The best thing is that my girls were due for their dental checkups a few weeks later and they were both excited to go back because of the "Treasure Chest" of prizes that they get to select a little toy from at the end of the visit! Great Idea!

We had our first visit with Dr. Missy yesterday and I can't rave about her enough. She and her staff went above and beyond to make our kids comfortable and she personally spent a lot of time with my daughter to help her be comfortable with the process. My daughter has never loved the dentist and last night was asking when she could go back to see Dr. Missy again. I'm so thankful for her and her staff!

My daughter needed 6 cavities, and we had gone to other places and not been satisfied with their plan of action or their care. Dr. Missy took very good care of us! We love her!
