One of the best dentists I've been to. I've moved from Chambersburg to Frederick and still drive back to Chambersburg for my dental work.

I'm so disappointed in Dr. Keller's office staff, particularly Melissa! I have been a patient for several years and although its been about a year since I was last seen in her office, I had what seemed to be a dental emergency to me at least. This morning I chipped my front tooth while eating and immediately called the office. Imagine my surprise when Melissa answers with no compassion for my plight and says "It'll will be a while before I can get you in". Obviously not being a dentist myself, I don't know what that means for my tooth and I ask. She abruptly replied "Its not an emergency" and "It will be the end of March before I can get you in". I'm shocked and ask if there is another dentist that Dr. Keller refers to in cases like this - Melissa literally chuckles and says "Oh no". I then reply "I'm going to have to find another dentist, March is too long" and Melissa says "OK". She wasn't even bothered that she was A) not helping a patient in need and B) that she was causing the loss of a paying patient due to extremely poor customer service. The dental practice you represent is a business and will not be as successful as it could be if you continue this terrible practice. Disappointed and no longer a patient - another dental office has agreed to see and treat my "emergency" today - and with compassion and great customer service. Dr. Keller - you should review your customer service expectations with your staff because Melissa clearly doesn't get it. Lesson here: It is true that one poor experience leads that person to tell at least 10 others - I will and am. Avoid this office at all costs unless you want to be treated poorly.
