Dr. Lauren realized I was extremely nervous and took the time to explain what she was doing and why. She put me at ease during my first (and hopefully last) root canal. The receptionist and hygienist were also extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice!

This was the second root canal done by Phillipsburg Endodontics. The first one was done by Dr Lauren Archible. This one was done by Dr John Archible. I recommend both. This review is about my recent experience with Dr John. He was very patient with me. He and his assistant listened to what I was saying. I was pretty nervous. I have a fear of any kind of dentist visit, even if it is just a cleaning. Low threshold of pain and they understood. I had a some pain halfway through. It was no problem, he gave me a little more magical pain killer, gave it a minute, tested it and pressed on. When it was time to do the work, they got their game faces on and did the job in under 40 minutes, might even be closer to 30 minutes. I was in my car driving 48 minutes after the appointment started. He and the assistant worked very well together. He was not asking her to do things, she was doing it right when it needed to be done. Hopefully I will never have to get a root canal again (I doubt it since this was my 5th), but if I do it will be with these doctors.

Recommend highly. I have had several root canals and all of them were horrible experiences and all of them failed. I had a root canal with Dr. Archible and he was the best. He is very efficient and skilled because it took a fraction of the time and I had virtually no pain during the numbing process (needles, yikes). I had 2 visits during this process with exceptional results. I even had a question during the process and called him on his cell while he was on vacation in another country, and he called me back. I was stunned that he did that as many healthcare providers are done after their office hours. Dr. Archible was good to me and I would recommend his services. I have an acute phobia of dentists and a very low threshold for pain but Dr. John did a FANTASTIC job making my root canal absolutely painless! He explained everything about the procedure to me first so I felt more relaxed!!! I didn't feel a thing and it was done in an hour!!! I recommend Phillipsburg Endodontic to everyone needing root canal!! Thank you again Nicole, Bev, and Dr. John!!!!

Absolute rip off. Office staff is rude and nasty and treat you like you're dumb when you don't understand something. Disgusting unsanitary conditions I'm surprised if I don't get hepatitis. They are not clear on their pricing so $970 turned into $1200. They didn't even tell me I needed to go back to my dentist to get it filled so that was an extra $300. Crooks. Your haughty and arrogant attitude is exactly why you received an underwhelming review "dr." It is the exact same pompous personality I had observed as a customer. My review will remain as to warn future clients of the distasteful practice you run. I'd be careful how you respond to your clientele you have a small business to uphold.

I went in for my first root canal this morning, and had no idea what to expect really. It was just a horror film playing in my brain about what was going to happen and how it would feel. Well I couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish. The establishment was clean and calm, the staff were incredibly friendly and proficient, and Dr. Lauren was a rock star from start to finish. She was friendly, explained the process and what I may feel/hear, and made sure I was comfortable from the moment I sat down in the chair to the time I got out of it. Quick, completely pain-free, and as transparent as it could possibly be. Thank you all so much for a really positive experience!

I just finished getting a root canal I am super anxious when it comes to getting anything done on my teeth and Lauren made the experience much better then what I was expected.. she was calm and caring and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

I just had my very first root canal done by Dr Lauren Archible and omg what an amazing job she did on my tooth ! 100% pain free, she knows how to numb you really good and she does it very painlessly. I did not feel any pain during the numbing process at all. She and her whole staff is very professional, helpful and good at their job . The whole process lasted less than an hour and she was done, I couldn't believe how fast she completed this procedure .I was so scared to have this root canal done but I made the right decision going to Endodontics of Phillipsburg. 1.5 hour drive was so worth it . Thank you dr Lauren for being so nice, carrying and making this a good experience for me. You did a good job ! If I ever need another root canal again I will definitely be coming back ! I had Dr. John do preliminary work for a root canal. Thoroughly explains what he is doing, thoughtful preparation in regard to general comfort and breathing, most painless numbing procedure I've ever been through and procedure was pain free. The office staff were pleasant and efficient.

Never had a root canal done before. To say I was anxious is a gross understatement. After reading the reviews about the office, my painful tooth and I decided it was time. It is also an understatement to say Dr. Lauren and her staff took great care of me. I couldn't have been more pleased, and should a similar need arise in the future, I would not think twice to ask for their help again.
