Incredibly slow service and very unhelpful receptionist! The second star is given because of the redeeming qualities of the hygienists I've had. This past time I was left waiting an entire hour after my cleaning to sit waiting for approval from the dentist and once the clock ticked one hour of sitting there unattended in the chair, I gave up and told them I was leaving. The receptionist expects the customer to deal with their own insurance information way more than any dentist I've ever been to, she asked which tooth number Dr. Phillips recommended getting a crown on (which they should have on file... not us!), and just picks random amounts of money to pay at the end of a visit to "have on file in case insurance doesn't cover it" I gave them many chances and was disappointed by the slow service and baffled by the interactions with the receptionist every time. My husband had a similar experience. They are nice people so I hope they get it together.
