Dr. Phillips is a true Oregonian at heart. He has practiced dentistry for over 30 years. He was raised in Beaverton, graduated from Beaverton High School, and then attended Oregon State University. Following college, he continued his professional education at the OHSU School of Dentistry, where he graduated with both clinical and academic honors. Dan then served in the Air Force and completed a General Practice Residency at Travis Air Force in California. Following his service, he returned to Portland and earned his Orthodontic Specialty Certificate from OHSU.
Dr. Phillips is an active member in countless dental organizations and study clubs. He has served as President of the Oregon State Society of Orthodontics, Clackamas County Dental Society, and the OHSU Orthodontic Alumni Association. Additionally, Dan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and is Board Certified. He is the proud father of two girls and has been married to his wife, Tanya for 35 years. Dan enjoys cooking, traveling, and the outdoors.

I have had many roles in our practice and being the treatment coordinator in the Aloha office is my absolute favorite so far! I enjoy meeting all of our patients for the first time and helping them feel comfortable and welcome in our practice.I love hearing how much a beautiful smile means to both our child and adult patients. I have seen the gift of a new smile change a persons outlook on life.
In my free time, I love to spend time with my husband and three pups. We love local travel, great restaurants, & fun. I also volunteer for the American Cancer Society, the Childrens Cancer Association as a chemo pal, and for a local dog rescue.
