We create a customized treatment for each patient for all our services in Palo Alto. For every new patient, we start with an examination to assess your overall dental health, identify any oral health issues, and talk with you about the imperfections you want to correct and what you are hoping to achieve. We can also make recommendations and will be more than happy to work with you to create a plan that fits your goals!

Phillip Fletcher is a 2005 graduate of the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. He was preceded and mentored in his dental career by his grandfather and father, both of whom owned and operated successful dental laboratories. He enjoys family time with his wonderful wife, three sons, and one daughter in their Redwood City home.
Dr. Fletcher enjoys the practice of dentistry as an opportunity to form lasting relationships with his patients while helping them appreciate, achieve, and maintain optimal dental health. He has developed his diagnostic and procedural capabilities under the guidance of Drs. Jeff Brucia and Tom Basta, directors of the Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education in Burlingame, California.

I just love Dr. Fletcher and his amazing staff. I never have to worry about having any pain as he immediately comes to my aid! Amita & Danny are super hygienists with 5 star service all around!

Dr Fletcher was very thorough, explained everything he was doing to fix my broken tooth. He gave me options and explained the cost of the options. His staff was kind and welcoming as well. Highly recommend his office.

Incredible service, friendly and attentive. I had an emergency appointment (walk-in from street) and was stunned by how friendly and accommodating the team were even though I am from overseas. Everything was explained really well with the suitable options provided. I asked many questions and got a great insight into my oral health and what steps I may need to take and the timeframes of such steps. They will send imagery and xray to your email, which for me coming from the UK is unheard of. Very impressed, and would definitely recommend. The setup is great, having the screen overhead to discuss issues with context of imagery. Great work team!

I have been going to Dr. Fletcher since 2007 when he first took over the practice. He started as a nice yet inexperienced dentist, but quickly grew into a wonderful dentist! And my hygienist Amita is the best! She is gentle, neat and thorough, a rare combination. They are a efficient and professional team. I stayed with them even after I moved out and have to drive 30 minutes to get there now and they areout of network for my insurance.

I've been going to Dr. Fletcher for 6 years and he has been a phenomenal dentist. Dani is a fantastic hygienist and has helped me keep my teeth clean and improve my overall dental health. Where it is routine cleanings or a crown or filling I would highly recommend Dr. Fletcher's practice to anyone.

I acquired the best dentist I could ever imagine when he took over my previous dentist's practice, a long long time ago. He is kind, attentive, patient and does excellent work. I have stuck with him all these years and he helped me get all amalgam silver (mercury) fillings out and replaced. And has been great resurfacing area that no longer had good contact. I feel blessed to have had consistently great experiences with him as my dentist after having terribly traumatic painful experiences as a kid and developing dental-work phobia. Philip Fletcher is delightful dentist and his staff are amazing too. Dedicated and sweet people. I have relaxed there knowing I am in good hands and my teeth will be tended to quite well and painlessly.

Best dental referral ever. Have been with Dr. Fletcher 13 years. My recent visit was a post-COVID19 first. The attention to safety protocols was impressive and reassuring. Lying in the chair was surreal, almost therapeutic because it was so 'normal'. Teeth were cleaned, oral cancer checks were performed, dental health was checked. Over the years, our family's experience has been that Dr. Fletcher always puts patient well-being first. Highest recommendation

I have gone to this dental practice for many years. When I moved out of the area, it only took two dental cleanings for me to decide to come back to this wonderful dental office. They have done a very careful and thoughtful way to bringing back patients with this covid19 pandemic. It sure makes me feel very confident to continue my coming back for care.

Dr Fletcher and his assistant "Dee Dee" were fabulous. They kept me informed 'step by step' of the whole procedure, with what to expect and what they were doing in real time. While the whole procedure was completely pain free, Dr Fletcher regularly checked-in with me regarding my comfort level. His experience and patience made the whole experience a 'Non-event' with nothing to worry about. Highly recommended.
