Dr. Phillip H. Saddler graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. in 1988. Prior to dental school, he attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Saddler has been practicing dentistry for more than 25 years. He has been in his current Berkeley location for 28 years, where his late father, J.D. Saddler DDS, started his practice more than 60 years ago.

My job involves providing oral health care to my patients, and ensuring they are educated in keeping a healthy smile. Our team goal is to provide the best service and family environment to all of our patients. We work together to meet our patients dental needs, and make them feel right at home when they visit our office. Patient satisfaction is our number-one goal.
I enjoy working with Dr. Saddler because he is compassionate with his patients, just like I am. Dr. Saddler does not only encourage our patients to maintain their oral health, but also motivates them to pursue their goals. What pleases me the most about my career is being able to get to know my patients one on one, and taking the time to educate them in understanding the importance of their oral healthcare. Seeing my patients leave with a smile on their face is what makes my job fulfilling.
My dental field experience began in 2007 after I graduated from the Eden Area Regional Occupational Program Center in Hayward as a dental assistant. I graduated as a dental hygienist in 2011 from Carrington College in San Jose. I continue to take educational classes to provide my patients with current oral health education.
I am a part of Saddler Family Dentistrys front office, and have 16 years of experience in dentistry. My specific role is billing and claims. I am also a registered dental assistant, and always happy to make patients feel welcome in our homelike office family setting.
