This place had the best customer service!! Dr. Prater and his staff are the best around!! After the first visit, you can see the staff around and they call you by name! You can't ask for better service. I highly recommend them!

Dr Prater and his staff are the best!!!! They got me in and listened to my needs, were friendly and nice and got me in and out very fast. For someone who is anxious about going to the dentist, this was the most pleasant experience.

Dr. Prater and his staff are amazing. Dr. Prater is an "old-fashioned" dentist - in a good way. If he can fix it in office he will instead of sending you to a specialist. He has the best "chair side" manner. Everyone that works there are all professional and nice. It makes going to the dentist a treat instead of something to be feared.

He's a miracle worker. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Dr. Prater is the most gentle and kind dentist I've ever been to and I am so grateful for his service. I am 58 years old so believe me when I say this is the dentist office you want to go to.

My mother, F. Barlow, spoke highly of Dr. Prater and his supporting staff. Dr. Prater was very gentle, informative and friendly during her procedure and she was very pleased with the cosmetic effects of restoring her tooth. The staff was very welcoming of her as a new patient and very friendly. Mom was also impressed with cleanliness of the entire environment. Mom is 91 and considers this dental experience as one of the best she has encountered during her many years. She asked me to convey this to you all and thank you so very much.
