Do not bring your kid here! They don't try to make the kids comfortable before they start working on them. The dentist and nurses forcefully hold kids down, making the anxiety worse than it needed to be.

I definitely recommend Dr. Moses Usually my daughter sees Robinson but she wasn't in the office on the day my daughter had a abscess tooth that needed to be addressed. Dr. Moses was about to get her in that afternoon. Pulled the tooth, explained everything to me in layman's terms, then called that night to make sure my daughter was doing well. Little things like that phone call go a LONG way with someone like me! Thank you Dr. Moses!

You know my daughter absolutely loved it here. She felt the trust with her dentist after being traumatized from her last dentist! Sadly I wasn't given the opportunity to explain why I mixed my appointment with hers. I also have a dentist by the name of Robinson and confused the times, the receptionist did not even let me talk; she just gave it to me straight that she was no longer allowed to come back for missing her appointment for the very first time!!!! We are HUMAN!!! We all make mistakes. I'm sure they don't get fired because of some situation that occurred in their personal life!!!!

I think it is absolutely horrible that if you have a handicap child and they have an emergency come up as my son did which required cancellation of his appointments and then the day of his appointment after the fact their remind center reminds you at the time of the appointment they dispose of their patient like a piece of garbage and don't even offer any other type of help.. These children come with a lot of ups and downs and the parents go through plenty and to be treated so unaccorodingly was and is unacceptable . Especially when I have medical documents from the ENT showing the dates he was suppose to be at the dentist he was under their care due to a hole in his ear. . Shame on yall
