I call him the Dr Phil of my teeth, Every experience with Dr. Philip is fantastic. No pain and my teeth feel great and most importantly look amazing. I've been attending his practice for a couple of years and couldn't be more pleased, he's honest, provides amazing dental work, I'm really Fortunate to have him as my dentist. If you're in the nyc area, look no further and give him a call.

I was referred to Dr. Hwang by a friend of mine and he was highly recommended for his great work and service. As soon as I walked into his office I was greeted by his staff immediately and was seated right away to see Dr. Hwang. I was very pleased by the way Dr. Hwang explained what the issue was and what would be the next steps and procedures . I now have a no issues with my teeth thanks to Dr. Hwang ! I would definitely recommend Dr. Hwang to friends and family!

Dr. Hwang is such a wonderful person! He's honest and ethical. He took the time to explain the procedure he was doing. His long time hygienist, Siyoung, is the sweetest and always does a great job with her cleanings! All his staff members are very friendly and work together so well like it is their passion. I would look no further as this office is the warmest dental office I've ever been to.

Very intelligent dentist; tells you everything you want to and need to know from A-Z. Love the front desk, she is AMAZING and will go out of her way for you re: appointments, insurance claims, etc. He's a Columbia grad.

I've been going here for a few years, and I can honestly say each visit has been great. Not only are all the staff SO friendly, they also don't make my gums hurt and bleed like they used to at my old Dentist. Everything is taken care of and they make it so easy - texts to confirm/make appointments, short (if any) waiting times, glasses for you to wear during your cleaning, gift bags every time you visit, etc. I usually don't like to give recommendations for places in case my friends don't like them, but I've referred a few friends here because they're just soo good.

Went in for an emergency extraction for the first visit to Dr. Philip. Office workers are very friendly and accommodated me when I told them I have been in pain for 2 days. Doctor Philip removed my molar with ease I felt no pain he explained every thing that he was doing step by step. In all my 50 years going to different dentist I will say the BEST Doctor that I have ever been to. This Doctor is a GEM . CARING, COMPASSIONATE, FRIENDLY. All the Lady's that work with Doctor Philip are so Caring and Compassionate. I would Highly recommend Doctor Philip to every one that I know. BEST IN NEW YORK.

Dr.Hwang and his entire team are awesome. My children loves them and are very comfortable with him. I don't need to be in the room with my kids, who have been seeing him since they were 4 and 7yrs old. Unfortunately, he doesn't accept my insurance. I haven't found close in comparison to Dr. Hwang. Miss you all.

Had a root canal done on a tooth that had been giving me slow pains & freezing chill for years. After the procedure when the numbness went away couple of hours later, I felt no pain at all. Not even swelling. If I knew the post procedure was this much painless, I would have done it long ago. Thank you Doc!!! Now, I can indulge my favorite ice cream painlessly. It's been 2 years since the procedure and no problem so far. I had another one done right next to the previous one a year ago. Both needed the procedures but I didnt have enough money for both. It took much shorter time for the second one. So far so good~

Everything is perfect. In particular, all the staff members are perfectly serviced. Facilities, kindness, professionalism, after-sales service... This is the pride of the Korean community and local community. Why are there only five stars?
