Dr. High began his oral surgery practice in Wheeling and Glen Dale, West Virginia, in 1975. For 40 years, he has provided oral surgical services to the valleys citizens. He is a graduate of the West Virginia University School of Dentistry. Anesthesia and oral surgery residencies were completed at the University of Pittsburgh and OVMC/Wheeling Hospitals.
