I want to share a bit of information about my experience with Dr. Philip Chen. I needed dental work badly, but fear kept me from getting it. I walked in the office at Ceres and was greeted by a friendly woman in a lovely surroundings. I made an appointment and when I met Dr. Chen, I knew I was going to be fine. I was treated by a very professional staff. I had teeth removed for an upper set of dentures. Very painful after, but they were done, I was told any problem call them. I did call even after hours and Dr. Chen was available anytime. I am still recovering but with them being there made me feel good. They are great I cannot say enough and I would recommend them to all who need a good Dentist. LOVE THIS PLACE Tanya Rodrigues

My mother is 84 years old with numerous and serious medical conditions. Alzheimer's makes nearly any situation double challenging; yet all of the people in this office continue to pull her through the tough stuff, with intensely high skill sets, gentleness, and graciousness. Our family thanks you so very much!

i went as a new patient for an emergency extraction of my right side tooth the staff was very friendly but yesterday i went to have my stitches removed and one of the assistants was asking several questions to me and when i responded to her questions she said to me that my language was weird and creepy you know i found this very offensive as for im not from here so im not know a lot of words i ask to my wife and she told me that that was offensive to me so i just want you to know your staff needs to be more careful how they talk to people as for we are all different and have other languages besides english she needs to reprimanded for her words as i feel very insulted to this action
