Welcome to the practice of Dr. Philip C. Wilkins and Dr. Reid P. Warren, where we strive to exceed your expectations through our friendly staff, modern office, and professional results. Dr. Philip C. Wilkins has practiced dentistry for almost 40 years and our office is located in downtown Winnsboro, South Carolina at 124 North Congress Street.

Dr. Wilkins earned his dental degree from the Medical University of South Carolina after first receiving a degree in Microbiology from Clemson University. He is a member of the American Dental Association, South Carolina Dental Association, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
For patients that are having difficulty with snoring or sleep apnea, Dr. Wilkins makes appliances that minimize or eliminates the problem depending on the situation. Also known for his ability to expertly match the color with crowns and veneers, Dr. Philip Wilkins technical skill, artistic eye and commitment to excellence in cosmetic dentistry are unparalleled.
Dr. Warren grew up in White Oak, SC, and is a 2000 graduate of Richard Winn Academy. She graduated from Furman University in 2004 and from the College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2008. She and her husband Todd live in White Oak with their daughters Avery and Georgia.
Dr. Warren shares our practice philosophy of providing the highest quality dental care in a gentle and efficient manner. She is especially thankful for the wonderful office team she gets to work with on a daily basis.
Beth has been married to Brett Collins since 1981 and they have two grown daughters, Nicole and Courtney; and two granddaughters, Addison and Elizabeth. Beth and her family are die-hard USC Gamecock fans! She loves spending time with her family and going to the beach. Beth is thankful to be a part of the best dental team and looks forward to many years together!
Lisa joined our team in 2019. She has always lived in Winnsboro. She attended Richard Winn Academy and graduated in 1981. She was previously a dental assistant for 23 years. She attended York Technical College in Rock Hill and graduated in 2009 with an Associate in Applied Science: Dental Hygiene.
Lisa and her husband, Gerald, reside in Winnsboro. They have three children and three grandchildren. She is a Clemson fan. She loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She and her husband enjoy fishing and beach trips when possible. Lisa feels very blessed to be working so close to home and being part of such an awesome office team.
Michelle joined our team in 2016 as a part-time dental hygienist. Originally from Myrtle Beach, she started her career in the dentistry field in 1990 as a dental assistant. She graduated from Horry Georgetown Tech in 2002 with an Associate Degree in Health Science in Dental Hygiene.
After hygiene school, Michelle moved to Beaufort where she met her husband, Jason. She had two boys, Grant and Carson, in 2007 and 2009. They relocated to Winnsboro in 2016. When Michelle isnt busy chasing after her two boys or working as a hygienist, she enjoys spending time with her cats and chickens. She also enjoys traveling to the mountains and the smell of the beach.
Nichole joined our team in 2016. Originally from Ohio, she has lived in Blythewood for the last 20 years. Nichole works as the front receptionist greeting patients with a friendly and helpful attitude. Nichole and her husband, Kenneth, have three boys: Kenneth, Jackson, and Dylan. She enjoys playing poker, spending time with her family and friends, and going tothe lake.
Molly joined our team in 2020 as a Front Office Assistant/Insurance Coordinator. She is EMT certified and was raised in Rock Hill. She currently resides in Chester with her husband, Chanse, and daughter, Rahlee, and their two dogs, Sophie and Rebel. She loves spending time outside on the family farm and Clemson football. She is so thankful to be working with such a great group of people.
Lauren and her husband, Jeff, currently reside in Blythewood with their fur-children: Maci (lab), Chase (lab mix), Rory (parrot), Milo (cat), and Duncan (rabbit). She enjoys Clemson football, spending time with her family and friends,and being outdoors or on the lake with her dogs.
Megan and her husband, David, currently reside in Chester with their two dogs, Tux and Vader, and their cat, Lily. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors doing activities such as fishing, going to the lake, and playing with her dogs. She is thankful to be a part of Dr. Wilkins and Dr. Warrens team!
Amy graduated from York Tech in 1992.Sheenjoyed being a part of Dr. Wilkins staff for the last25 years. Although Amy is no longer working with us due to severe scoliosis and other back issues, she will always have an honorary place on our website.
Amy has 2 children: Tommy, who came along in September 1994, and Hailey, who came along in September 1999. ShemarriedJamie Brown in Spring 2015. Amy loves spending time with family, friends, cars, and drag racing John Force is the King!

Had a nice visit today with my dentist DR, Reid P Warren DMD she was very nice and i would recommend her to all my friends. She is kind understanding if you have a problem with a tooth.

This is a great denist. Dr. Warren is one of the nicest denist me and my daughter have ever been to. Since moving to S.C. we are thoroughly satisfied. Her staff are nice, just real people.

Dr. Wilkins and his staff are delightful professionals. They're customer service is outstanding, and they've always been helpful to me when I needed a last minute appointment. My teeth are in great shape too! Dr. Wilkins made a recommendation to me that I should have listened to many years ago. If I would have taken his advice then, I would have save myself a lot of discomfort and damage. When you have a doctor that can see things coming from a decade away, listen, Dr. Wilkins can do just that.

Dr. Wilkins and his team are always professional, but friendly. I can count on them to care for and protect my teeth in the best possible way. My teeth are translucent at the top so it looks as though they have a band of dark enamel at the top. I don't know how he did it, but when he fill a hole in my front teeth, he not only matched the colors but he also blended those colors were he right way and in the right place. While in the waiting room last time, a woman who lived in Murrells Inlet drove three hours to come back and see Dr. Wilkins. She said doesn't trust her teeth to anyone else. I agree with her statement.
