Overall pleased with our experience so far. We do wish they had more office hours in Annapolis though. It can be a challenge to get in when needed (ie. a repair, and getting an appt that doesn't conflict with school) with only being there two days a week.

I have been and still am very pleased to have Dr. Reinheimer as my orthodontist. I had braces as a kid and I was a little nervous in my initial consolation. I wasn't sure how much my teeth shifted, as I knew some but my question was how much. I was recommended Dr. Reinheimer from my wife who has been very pleased so I figured why not and at the very least I'll be in good hands. Well, the only problem I've ever had and it wasn't the office's fault, it was my insurance's fault as they didn't want to cover my Invisalign. Too long of a story and I'd rather not bother the reader. I switched insurances and have been very pleased ever since. I'm finishing up my Invisalign and I would highly recommend Dr. Reinheimer for anyone's orthodontic needs. You'll be taken care of from initial consolation to every visit you have with this office. TL;DR Dr. Reinheimer is great, so is the staff. Highly recommend for new patients looking for an orthodontist.

It is a beautiful office! I have received great service, and really enjoy the games that are posted monthly to win prizes and wonderful gifts. It's fun going there for my visit, and I look forward to going for the follow-up visits.

First consultation and we will definitely be going back! They took the time to patiently and clearly explain what was happening with my daughter's teeth, what the options were and what the pros and cons of each treatment would be. They showed us around so we could see the treatment area and met with us before taking my daughter back for x rays. Everyone was very gentle in how they took pictures and very patient. Dr. Reinheimer has an incredibly safe and warm manner. It felt personable, knowledgeable, and warm. Dare I say we are looking forward to treatment.

The staff was excellent. Very attentive, caring, and overall nice people. I really enjoyed my experience. As an adult getting braces/Invisalign's, they made me feel comfortable and at ease.

I just had my first orthodontist appointment ever here and everyone was so incredibly nice. Brenda is absolutely fantastic. I think it was the best doctors appointment I've been to in my whole life. Highly highly recommended

Wonderful, super friendly and kind staff who walked us through every detail and answered every question about my daughter's future braces. They set up a reasonable plan of action and my daughter & I both felt good. They were so engaging when chatting that I know visiting them regularly in the future will be a joy, not a chore.
