Dr. Phan has served as an Assistant in Prosthetic Dentistry, at the Childrens Hospital in Boston since 1988 where he is the sole Prosthodontist in the group of internationally renowned specialists in the Craniofacial Anomalies Program. Over the years the doctors in the Craniofacial Anomalies Program have collaborated on cases, combining their skills with the most current technology and techniques to help improve the conditions of thousands of children from all over the world.
With 20+ years of customer service and business management experience, I take pride in personal relationships. I started my dental journey in the Dentistry Department at Boston Childrens Hospital where I met Dr. Phan in 2008. I joined Dr. Phan and his team here in Coolidge Corner in 2019 and have truly enjoyed getting to know our patients thus far.
I have an Associate in Law Administration which I feel has helped pave the way tocontinue my education in business management and dental related courses. I make an effort every year to continue my education in my current field. Some of the courses that interest me are things such as dental coding/billing, office management, interpersonal related courses and most importantly clinical courses that have helped me understand our patient care at a much more skilled level. I am also fluent in Spanish.
Although Cambridge, MA will always be home to me I now live in North Chelmsford, MA with my family which consists of my husband Wynter, 3 kids, my wonderful mother and our cat Midnight whose nickname is Mitch. My family is everything to me and I appreciate every chance I get to be with them. Some of the things we like to do together are bike riding, swimming, traveling but our favorite things to do are boating and fishing. We love to fish both fresh water and salt water, my personal best is a 6 lb bass.

Updated 8/2022: Dr. Phan is the best dentist I have ever had. I have been a patient for over 20 years. He is extraordinarily competent and talented. His office, especially now, is run like a surgical room. Safety and patient care are prioritized and the personnel are all friendly, helpful and excellent at their jobs.

Dr. Phan took the time to answer all my questions and provided options with short and long term solutions to my questions. I don't remember the last time I was happy leaving a dentist office until my recent visit with Dr. Phan.

My experience with Dr. Phan was exceptional. I was visiting Boston from out of state and had a problem with a molar that was worsening. Doris, his incredible assistant, was so empathetic and got me an appointment very quickly. Dr. Phan evaluated me and sent me on to an oral surgeon that extracted the tooth. I was impressed with Dr. Phan's professionalism and the compassion of his staff. I was very anxious and his dental assistant stayed with me until I was calm enough to leave the office. I highly recommend Dr. PhN and his team.

I am a patient of Dr Phan and his team since 6 years. It all started with an emergency very well handled and I keep coming here even though I moved out from Brookline. The service is friendly, of top quality and Dr Phan speaks French which is a very big plus for me, English not being my first language.

I was recently referred to Dr. Phan, and I am so thankful. I went in with a problem that he fixed quickly and skillfully. He is personable and kind in manner and obviously very bright and knowledgeable . I would also like to commend the staff, who were efficient, skillful, and warm and welcoming.

I have been going to Dr. Phan for many years and he's always been wonderful as well as his staff. However, lately I had a minor dental emergency in the middle of the whole Covid quarantine issue and he was extremely responsive, he had very good protection measures in place at the office and I was really appreciative that he is my dentist.As a medical professional myself I highly recommend him.

I have never in my life had a more pleasant and professional experience with a dentist -- or any medical practice for that matter. Dr Phan and every single person on his staff has always been kind to me, welcoming, helpful, professional, informative and trustworthy. I don't often leave reviews but I just love it here so much that I want other people to know & have the same experience! I can't say enough good things. Also, their safety precautions for COVID made me feel very safe. They screen all patients, take all patients and measure their oxygen levels before being seen & the staff do the same. PPE and hand sanitizer were used throughout.
