This is the Apple of orthodontic care! They are that cool. Such amazing care from the doctors, assistants, and staff to the gorgeous office interior design, customer perks and details, and overall care(!), I can't rave enough about this practice! This place is so friendly, inviting, and caring! My 9 year old was recommended for an orthodontist due to lots of crowding. I went to two consultations with other practices and Phamily stood out by far. She has dental fears and anxieties and has always been comforted here. She was not rushed or pushed through any scary moments and that means a lot! I was able to hold her hand if needed during every visit. She just got her braces off and she is so much more confident now. Thanks Phamily for all you do! I felt like Phamily here. :) I highly recommend!

Dr. Parnes and her team are beyond wonderful! I've previously had braces and Invisalign and my teeth shifted from poor oversight. I sent my case to Dr. Parnes and she reviewed it (free of charge) and explained what she could do to help. My first visit was wonderful (who says that about the orthodontist or dentist?). Her entire team are welcoming and knowledgeable. If you want an honest, experienced, and most importantly an expert don't look any further!

Two days before my daughter was to return to college, she asked about getting a new retainer. Dr. Parnes and the staff were very helpful in accommodating this last minute request. They squeezed her in for a fitting the next day, despite her not being a patient of the practice in the past when she had braces. My other daughter has been a patient from the start of her braces and we have always found the office to be very responsive to all calls and questions.

My daughter Lucy is getting her orthodontics treatment with Phamily. Every visit is just pleasant experience under the care of Phamily team. When she got worries of her teeth beauty, Dr. Parnes always provides solution at the first time. It is highly recognized and appreciated for Phamily's professional skills and patient care mindset.

I I cannot say enough of how I felt involved in the process, understood exactly what was happening, and appreciated the coordination between Dr. Parnes and my dentist!! I love it here. My mom brings me for my braces and everyone is so nice to me and helps me learn how to take care of my teeth. I'm excited to get them straight.
