I took my daughter to Pham Orthodontics for a consult to get braces. The service we received was amazing. From the front staff to the assistants, everyone was very nice and helpful. All of my questions were answered and I walked out feeling like we were really heard when voicing any concerns we had. I would definitely recommend Dr Pham and his staff.

Dr. Pham has been the absolute best for the last 5 years with my daughters oral care. We've been making a 2 1/2 hr round trip every month and his office has always taken incredible consideration with scheduling.

*PLEASE READ* My child had an appt for an extraction. They had told me I coyld choose between the laughing gas or an injection for numbing. They explained that if we chose the gas, it would be a $40 charge. My child is a teen and doesn't do well with anesthesia so I told them just to use the injection. The tooth was pretty loose already so it wasn't going to take much to remove it. The assistant said that was fine and took her back. After she was finished the same assistant walked her out to the waiting room and said that they had to use the gas bc My daughter was very nervous which I thought was odd because she wasn't nervous at all going in. After the assistant walked away, my daughter said they asked her if she was nervous and she told them no. They then said that it was her lucky day, that they didn't have any needles so she was getting gas. However, she said they also sprayed a very cold substance on her gum and also used a needle to numb her. She explained that she didn't like the way the gas made her feel and she got nauseated. We proceeded to check out and I was charged the $40. I paid it, but questioned it, so the tech went back to ask why the gas was used. She came back and said that the assistant told her that I never told her to not use the gas and that they used it because my daughter was very nervous and it helped. My daughter even spoke up and said that she told them she wasn't nervous at all. I asked for the tech to speak with the dr or have the dr call me regarding this situation. She did call back and said the dr believes what her assistant says, and that u never specified which method to use. Mind you, her forms even say that she vomits after anesthesia. Which she did on the way home. I feel this was just a way to get money and this should have never happened. I will be filing a complaint and my kids will not be returning!
