I came to the PGH Smile Boutique with the hopes of addressing my tooth alignment goals alongside my overall cosmetic concerns , and the team there has helped me tremendously in identifying the right treatments for me and beginning those respective processes. I wasn't able to have braces as an adolescent with complex chronic illnesses, so navigating dentistry as an adult has often felt like something of an exhausting and alienating ordeal; however, Dr. Shieh and the PGH Smile Boutique team have made navigating the process significantly more bearable. I'm grateful for their expertise and skill, their attention to aesthetic detail, and their emphasis on patient care. I always feel I'm in safe hands at the office, being treated by a team who value my informed care and consent. What's more, the offices are absolutely beautiful- which makes visiting the doctor's office so much more pleasant!

Dr. Shieh and his team were spectacular fixing some minor issues from not wearing my retainer after braces! They whole team is conscientious, accommodating and Dr.Shieh give his honest opinion (not just what you want to hear- ie. The fastest option)! Cannot recommend them enough!

Hands down the best dental experience. I was extremely nervous to start the veneer process but once I met with Dr. Shieh and the team, I was fully confident they would do a great job. I can't believe I waited this long to get a new smile but so glad I finally did. I couldn't recommend them enough!!!

If you're considering any cosmetic dental work, this is the only place you should be looking. From start to finish, the whole process was thoroughly explained, drawn out, and done with such care by Dr. Shieh and his team. From the girls in the office being overly personable, friendly and helpful - to the care, carry out and continued follow up of Dr. Shieh... my expectations were surpassed by extensive amounts across the board. Dr. Shieh truly puts his all into each smile he does as if it were his own, and you 100% can feel that the minute you walk into the office. I never thought I could love my smile so much!

I went in to get two crowns on my front two teeth and had an amazing experience at PGH Smile Boutique! Dr. Shieh is awesome he makes you feel comfortable and confident and gives your plenty of options to achieve the smile you want. I have nothing but great things to say!

Andy goes around bragging that he is a "doctor" when in reality he is just a dentist. His unwarranted sense of entitlement and dedication to materialism is laughable. Do yourself a favor and avoid him, and his business. You are probably being overcharged!! Andy Sheih views his patients as nothing but dollar signs!! You will find better prices and service elsewhere.

I highly recommend Andy Shieh and PGH Smile Boutique, so happy with my smile after experiencing mediocre work on my crowns/bonding from another dentist. Love Dr. Shieh's office, he has all the key technology to create the perfect whiter smile. He also fixed a chip in my daughters tooth, we couldn't be more thankful for his expertise and the final look for us both. He's the best!!

Everything about my experience is nothing short of amazing! Dr. really takes his time to make sure you're comfortable and educated in the entire process and make sure you get exactly what you want. Everywhere I go I get compliments on my smile:) Couldn't be happier highly recommend the doctor and his entire staff is not disappoint

I cannot recommend PGH Smile Boutique enough!!! From the very first consultation until you receive your new smile, Dr. Shieh and his staff make the entire experience so amazing. Dr. Shieh not only does AMAZING work but he walks you through the entire process, regularly checks in with you, and listens to all of your concerns - a quality that is hard to find! I had a dental bridge for over 10 years that I was very unhappy with, but I could not find a dentist that I trusted. I am SO thankful that I found Dr. Shieh because I not only LOVE my new smile but am so happy to have my confidence back!

Aside from the excellent dental work, Dr Shieh has created a unique experience where a visit to the dentist is actually enjoyable! From the engaging staff to the beautifully designed space, PGH Smile Boutique has all the boxes ticked! I had full faith in Dr Shieh with the final results exceeding my expectations. I can not say enough positive things about my smile transformation journey with Dr. Shieh and his staff at PGH Smile Boutique. My junior year of high school I suffered a soccer accident that left my 4 front teeth dislodged and my gums torn apart. My injury required multiple gum grafts, a root canal, braces, a veneer and a crown, none of which made my smile look like it used to. For over 18 years I was embarrassed and self conscious of how my smile looked. After my first meeting with Dr. Shieh that all changed! After all of the dental procedures I had in the past I was extremely nervous to start this transformation. Dr. Shieh and his staff immediately made me feel at ease. During all of my procedures everyone made sure I was comfortable and informed of what was happening and also made sure to personally follow up and check on me after all my procedures. After an almost 2 year transformation I can happily say that I am proud to smile again. I missed out on so many photos and memories over the years because I was unhappy with my smile. I thank Dr. Shieh everyday for giving me back the confidence to smile and not be embarrassed to take the photo with my husband and kids!

Dr. Shieh is INCREDIBLE! Not only does he do outstanding work, but he really listens to all of your concerns/desires and is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Him and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed right when you walk through the door. I cannot recommend this place enough! For someone who has had terrible dentist experiences in the past, this place made me feel 100% comfortable and heard. I LOVE my new smile !

I highly recommend Pittsburgh Smile Boutique as it offers an experience that you cannot find at any other dental facility. In fact the atmosphere is so pleasing you will instantly be asking yourself what took me so long to find this place! It starts with the people who work there - they are so friendly and they help make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door - and it ends with amazing cosmetic dental work done by Dr. Shieh! He does amazing work and treats you like you are his number one priority. I had four top front teeth done and four bottom teeth done at the same time! It went so well and I had absolutely no problems. The final product left me feeling very grateful for the Doctor and his team I just can't say enough. If you're hesitant because of previous negative experiences - don't hesitate to visit Pittsburgh Smile Boutique! They will correct any issues you may have! You deserve this experience!

Dr. Shieh and his staff are extremely professional and go out of their way to make sure you understand the procedure you are going to under go and ensure you are comfortable at all times. The results achieved by Dr. Shieh are natural looking and transformative. I cannot speak more highly of my experience.

Where do I start ?? I had an amazing service with Dr. Shieh and his staff! I work in health care , and I thought Dr. Shieh and his staff was very patient with me. I am not the easiest patient and will admit that I am very difficult. Dr. Sheih and staff worked very hard and really took their time with me. They explained everything to me and made sure all of my questions were answered. I knew I wasn't going to leave until he made sure I was 100% satisfied, which I am!! I had 4 teeth that I was not happy with and now thanks to Dr. Shieh I have the smile that I've always wanted!! I would recommend him to anyone! Throughout this process Dr. Shieh would keep in contact with me to see how I was feeling or if I had any questions. He also put a rush my my case so that I could have my teeth before the weekend! He goes above and beyond for his patients!
