Dr. Tom Pezdek graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pre-Dental. He went on to UNC School of Dentistry and graduated in 1982. He has been practicing in the greater Raleigh area for more than thirty years and has a new location in Apex NC, just outside of Raleigh, where he resides today.
Dr. Pezdek feels that his biggest contribution to dentistry is his development and teaching of oral sedation dentistry techniques. These techniques have helped many hundreds of thousands of high-fear patients around the world to receive needed dental care they otherwise would not have been able to receive.
Wow, what should I say? My number one interest, people. I am definitely a people person. I love meeting and getting to know patients. I recently moved to North Carolina from Indiana and I have been enjoying working in a small personal dental office like Dr. Pezdeks. I have been working in dentistry for the last thirty years. Outside of the office I enjoy the outdoors, sipping wine and spending time with loved ones.
I have been a dental assistant since 1998. I began working with Dr. Pezdek in 2003. I love my job and enjoy building relationships with patients. I promise to make your dental visit as comfortable as I can. I live in Holly Springs with my husband and two very active sons. We love sports (participating, watching, etc.)! In my 'free time' I enjoy woodworking and refinishing furniture.
I have enjoyed every minute of my fifteen years as a dental hygienist. I really love it. I have always wanted to work in the dental field to help and educate patients. I am originally from Pennsylvania but have called Hollysprings NC home for almost twenty years. My husband, son and daughter keep me very busy. I do enjoy doing a boot camp workouts along with Amanda and Jeanie after work and I spend my weekends with my family and friends. I am so glad to be a part of this dental team.
