Dr. Brian Peyser is a life-long Washingtonian and a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry -the worlds first dental school. Dr. Brian believes informed patients are better able to make informed decisions about health and their well being therefore, he seeks to educate his patients about dental problems and treatments. He consistently attends continuing education courses to stay current in dentistry. Dr. Brian completed his dental implant course through Hiossen. He currently resides in Gaithersburg, MD with his wife Debra, their two children, and a 90 pound golden retriever named Sonny. When Dr. Brian is not practicing dentistry, he is an avid mountain biker and outdoor enthusiast.
Dr. Richard Peyser holds 40 + years of expertise in the field of dentistry. Word of mouth is how he earned his reputation in serving the Falls Church dental community. He is a graduate of New York University School of Dentistry. Dr. Richard is dedicated to providing dental care in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Numerous patients travel far & wide and across many generations to receive exceptional restorative and cosmetic dentistry. In 2006 he welcomed his son Dr. Brian Peyser into the practice. Dr. Richard is an avid golfer and a travel enthusiast. He currently resides in Bethesda, MD with his wife Michelle and their dog Izzy.
Kimberly has 10+ years in the dental field. Her friendly personality makes her easy to approach and with her help our patients are able to understand their insurance coverage, treatment plans, and coordinate payment plan options. Kimberly's advanced knowledge of every aspect of the dental office enables her to provide broad guidance and training for our practice. She works hard to assure that things run seamlessly and our patients and staff members are happy. Outside the office Kimberly enjoys cooking and trying new recipes. Spending time with friends, family and going on walks with her dogs while enjoying the outdoors. She also loves date night with her husband at the National Harbor.
Amanda grew up in Dunn Loring, VA and has worked in the dental field for 5+ years. She is always ready and willing to help and is an invaluable asset to our office. Dont be surprised if she greets you by name when youre in the office. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves going to the beach and spending time outdoors.
Romaine has been Dr. Peyser's dental hygienist for 26 years. She graduated Hygiene school from Loma Linda University in California. A native Marylander, she enjoys playing and teaching piano. She has two sons named Peter and Daniel. She is also an active member in the Northern Virginia Dental Hygienists Association (NVDHA)
Susan, grew up in Arlington, Virginia and now lives in Annandale, Virginia with her husband of 25 years. She is a graduate of Old Dominion University School of Hygiene. Susan is current member of the American and Northern Virginia Dental Hygiene Association. She enjoys time with her family and dear friends, and fun weekend getaways.

Best dentist ever! Been going for over 20 yrs and they are responsible for my dental health being excellent. Just go regularly and Romaine is a fabulous hygienist !

This is a 2022 review for a 2020 experience at Dr. Peyser's clinic. I went to Dr. Peyser for a second opinion since my dentist was very aggressive on my teeth treatment. Dr. Peyser was a super rational person and explained to me in detailed what treatment is proper for each of my teeth with problem. I scheduled a simple tooth feeling appointment, and wow, it's the first time that I can tell the difference between a great tooth filling and a normal one, because this is a great filling. Several weeks after the appointment I also received a letter with refund from Dr. Peyser, saying that I was charged more due to an insurance mistake. I appreciate his honesty. It's actually hard anywhere to find a dentist that you could trust and has good skill. Unfortunately covid came soon after my first appointment, and I relocated to Seattle several months later. I recalled this experience after I met 2 bad dentists and was struggling in looking for another one in Seattle. Though Dr. Peyser may have forgot, I just want to clarify (if you could see this post) that I left due to relocation needs, not due to any unsatisfaction towards your treatment. In contrast, you are the best dentist (among 5) I've met!

I could not ask for a better dental experience! The Peyser Family and staff are so nice, respectful, and care about more than just our teeth! I've always gotten a very nice greeting and an effortless check in from the front desk upon entering their facility. I see Susan for my annual check up and cleaning and she is the by far the nicest and most caring person I've met in any medical practice, making going to the dentist a lot more comfortable. I couldn't ask for better dentists than Dr. Brian and Dr. Richard Peyser, since I've been coming to their practice I have been treated with respect and care. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new dental practice to give the Peyser's a call!!

I have been a client of Dr. Richard Peyser for 50 years. There will never be enough thank you's for the outstanding service, advice, concern , and dental expertise from Dr.Peyser and his son, Dr. Brian Peyser. Their staff are just as concerned and thorough . I do not know many physicians who call to check on their patients, but the Peyser practice does. From cleanings to implants they can do it all and if not, the other practices they recommend are also outstanding. It's a terrific team and they make everyone feel as comfortable as possible . They are simply the best.

I'm so glad I was referred to this dentist. Wednesday morning I woke up with a dental emergency. I called Dr. Brian Peyser's office at 8:00 am and they made time to see me at 10:30 am that morning. This is the best General Dentist office in Northern Virginia. Dr. Brian Peyser and his team are amazing, so helpful, and kind. Would highly recommend going there, top-notch care from Dr. Brian.
