Went to Petty and Dragstrem to get a second opinion on a $6000 process that had been recommended by another local orthodontist. They knew this and after reviewing the files and my son, immediately insisted that NO WORK needed to be done. This seems like it could have been a prime opportunity to get some business, but they so very honestly sent us on our way. Not only this, but the process of setting up the appointment and going in was very welcoming with the office taking initiative to be sure all documentation was available from the other practice, and the office environment and every person there was EXTREMELY inviting. I absolutely will recommend them to everyone I know who wants an honest, excellent orthodontist!

Dr. Kristie and staff (special shout out to Sandy) are awesome! I had braces put on as an adult during Covid in 2020. Throughout the entire process, the office was professional, accommodating, and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!

Excellent experience with my Invisalign treatment. Dr. Kristie and the whole staff were always very friendly and helpful, and they answered all my questions. I was always taken on time with no waiting, and the office is immaculate. I highly recommend their practice. Thank you, Dr. Kristie and everyone who helped me improve my smile!

Petty & Dragstrem are an amazing orthodontic office. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always accommodating. The doctors always conveyed progress updates and took the time to explain what their plan was in great, understandable detail. We would certainly use them again for our other children or recommend them to anyone.

Super unprofessional. Was in there almost every week getting repairs on braces. The staff is clueless and the new "orthodontics" hardly have any idea what they're doing. Do yourself a favor and don't sign any contracts with these numnuts.

I had braces twice before and when my once straight teeth began to move due to gum recession and minor bone loss, I decided that I wanted straight teeth again. When I first went to see Dr. Dragstrem she assured me that she could give me back my once straight teeth even at my advanced age. And after a little over 2 years wearing Invisaligns my teeth are once again perfect. The office of Petty&Dragstrem is staffed with highly professional and friendly people. I looked forward to seeing them whenever I had an appointment. Dr. Dragstrem is one of the sweetest dentists that I have known. Her continued encouragement and positive attitude made this entire process easy. I highly recommend Dr. Dragstrem to anyone, no matter what age, who wants a beautiful smile.

I have to say..when I went in to talk about getting braces and found out Dr. Young was no longer working, I was sad. But when I met Dr. Dragstrem....omg she is absolutely fantastic and every single person she has working with her are just as fantastic. For a woman in her 50s getting braces, it was just a great place and experience... FYI Best Covid precautions and Very immaculate.

Both of my boys finished their orthodontics treatment with Petty and Dragstrem and both with fantastic results. Dr. Petty and Dr. Dragstream are both great doctors with attention to details. They treat their patient with great care and love. All of the staff members in the Western Sprints are warm, welcoming and every visit was a great pleasure for us. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Our family would enthusiastically recommend Petty & Dragstrem Orthodontics without any reservations whatsoever. We have been clients for over six years, having two children complete orthodontic treatment. Our experience began with our oldest child under the care of previous owner Dr. Young who is now retired. While Dr. Young's expertise was unquestioned, it was his attitude that distinguished him from other orthodontists. He never performed unnecessary procedures or caused our children to suffer uncomfortable extractions, etc., purely for convenience or to fit an arbitrary timeline. His bedside manner with children and parents was fantastic. When Dr. Young retired and sold his practice, we were apprehensive as we had been so happy with his care and and our youngest child was just getting ready to start treatment. We are happy to report that Dr's Petty and Dragstrem have maintained all the wonderful aspects of Dr. Young's legacy, while bringing a youthful energy and general modernization to the practice. The have a great rapport with kids, and will always take as much time as necessary to explain things to parents and answer concerns. The finished product speaks for itself, as both of our children now have beautiful teeth. In addition to the skill of the doctors, there are many other factors which contribute to this practice being the best around. Pricing was fair and unambiguous. The business office worked diligently to deal with confusing insurance, making it easy and painless for us. The administrative staff always went above and beyond to accommodate scheduling requests and emergencies, and appointments were always on time. Even during COVID, the practice ran without a hitch. The technicians were fantastic, giving the kids clear instructions and constructively holding them accountable for their hygiene and maintenance. If you or anyone in your family needs orthodontic care, please go to Petty & Dragstrem. We guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I had such a great experience at Petty & Dragstrem Orthodontics. I had such great service and hospitality! The staff at P & D Orthodontics were very helpful and super friendly. I would strongly recommend anyone that needs an orthodontist to go to P & D! They are the best!
