Dr. Petrunich earned his Bachelor of Science degree at University of Scranton. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at University of Maryland in Baltimore. He also completed a one-year General Practice Residency at the New York Hospital - Cornell Medical Center in New York City. He continued his time in New York City and completed a one-year Anesthesia Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital.He continued his education and training and completed his four-year hospital based specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Christiana Care right here in Delaware. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
