We had an excellent experience. I love the focus and care they all had for my son. They took the time to ease my child into his cleaning and x-rays. I was impressed with how hands on they were with our son. He tends to be anxious at appointments and he did great with their approach. I wish I could be a patient.

All the staff are wonderful, I loved how they explained everything about the procedure to my son Rippin, they got on his level and played along with him becoming a superhero. We loved their energy and the how well they made him feel comfortable, thank you for everything!

As always, the crew at Petoskey Pediatric Dentistry went above and beyond to give my child the best dental care around. They had to change our appointment due to a scheduling conflict, but opened up some early morning appointments to get us in as quickly after our originally scheduled appointment as possible. My child was having two teeth extracted due to crowding issues (recommended by orthodontist), and the staff made her feel very comfortable. They had a blanket to cover her up during treatment, offered her a pop-it toy to play with, and even put a scent cartridge into the nitrous nosepiece to make it more fun. Dr. Stieber called us at the end of the day to check in and make sure that the anesthetic had worn off properly and check in my child's pain level. I truly appreciate the caring professionals at this dental office who do so much to make dental care as easy as possible for our family!

Absolutely horrible. Was treated with so much disrespect, told that I was a bad mom because my kids had cavities and my kids were treated with negligence and rudeness. After paying thousands of dollars for cleanings and X-rays (every. Single. Visit or no treatment) she refused to call in an antibiotic for her patient my son who was established. She then sent me a letter to find a different dentist. I am never stepping foot in that place and I will tell everyone I know the experience I had. Her front office staff are liars and rude.

The staff is always personable. Dr. Stieber put my daughter at ease as she was preparing for her extraction. The whole procedure went smoothly and quickly and we were out the door before we knew it.

Very great with children! My daughter was the least bit excited to be there (she's only 18m) but Dr. Steibor did an amazing job! Easy to schedule and not a long wait even though we were 15 min early!

I'm truly grateful for Dr. Jane Stieber Amato and her staff. Dr. Stieber has the patience of an angel, the most calming voice and the coping mechanisms to help any child through a tough procedure. What a blessing it is to have such a high level of care here in Northern Michigan. Kudos to you Petoskey Pediatric Dentistry!

I recently read the past " bad " reviews. I was very surprised to read some of them concerning patient service, patient care, etc...Obviously I am not saying there is no merit to these reviews, but I must say the recent care provided for my 8 year old son was excellent. We called Monday am concerning a crown that had fallen off and was told to send a picture. Within 30 minutes my wife was called and we were told to come in first thing 0800 Tuesday morning. The crown install went great, no crying from the patient, in and out in 20 mins. Thank you Pediatric Dentistry!

My 8 yr old Daughter has been scared of all dentists since she was a toddler, until she came here! Now, she looks forward to it and was so happy to get her teeth cleaned and good report in her brushing. Dr. Jane is great and all of her staff are always so friendly, They do their best to make it feel more like a friendly visit for nervous and scared kids and less like a dental visit. Highly recommend taking your kids here!

My son has a horrible time at the dentist. From cleanings to fillings he is always in tears. This dentist office is so patient with him and help calm his fears. I'm so appreciative to have Dr. Stieber and staff taking care of his dental needs.

Dr. Stieber and her staff are super nice. They make us feel welcome. They explain everything very well. The kids love the TV's on the ceiling, it helps calm them down. We are very appreciative of their patience and understanding.

I cannot imagine what we would do without Dr. Stieber and the fantastic staff at Petoskey Pediatric Dentistry. Their care and compassion for my child's dental health, as well as her comfort and understanding of the procedures, is paramount at every appointment. Dr. Stieber has given us multiple options for orthodontics referral, and explained in detail what and why the referral is necessary. Thank you also to Casey and Emily for the courteous service at the front desk and during check-in.

I cannot get over how AMAZING this dentist is! She was able to work on my scared daughter and give her several shots without my daughter even realizing it. Her ability to make kids feel comfortable and relaxed is out of this world! Would HIGHLY recommend.
